All the employees were nice, except for the one lady fixing the racks by the dressing room. A white woman with her light brown hair in a ponytail and wears glasses- she looks around 50 years old. There is no sign that says you cannot put a shopping cart Into the dressing room area to keep it outside of the of the actual dressing rooms where you change. I had already put my cart in there once and no one told me I couldn’t have it there so I thought it was fine. Some clothes didn’t fit so when I return to the dressing room a second time all of a sudden this worker just starts yelling at me “NO NO.” She spoke English and says you can’t have the shopping cart in there. So since there’s no language barrier… she doesn’t know the words, ma’am, or miss? As in “hey miss you cannot have the shipping cart in there, could you take that out?” I’ve shopped here before and never has anyone yelled at me for something so trivial. I will be returning here to shop she better not talk to me again.

The worst clothing store I have ever been to and dealt with. First, there is no place for measurements in a place of the same size because they mixed them up. Second, the receipt lists eight pieces and I only find five pieces in the bag!!!! How does he take money for pieces that are not available!!!! Or how does he list the price of pieces more than once? This shows a lack of trust in the store and consideration must be taken from all those who work in the store

If you like Nordstrom, you’ll love Nordstrom Rack. They have great deals and clothing very heavily reduced. For the most part, the store was organized unlike other discount stores. The bathroom was even very clean. I was impressed

my family loves here since they all can get what they want with much cheaper prices compared to Macy’s nearby.
And brand choices are good enough.
However, some of the area has sizes messed up regarding the sections they set up. The employees should organize more often so that customers can find the right size immediately.
Surprisingly, the day I went I got an email regarding Nordstrom gift card balance I got 3 years ago. And I can make use of it.
