Walked in today to browse. Not looking for anything specific. Found a dress, two shirts and a swim top. Went to try on. Only two dressing rooms on first floor. Stood in line 15 minutes, no movement. Placed items back and left empty handed. Install more dressing rooms so I can purchase items from you.

I went to the store for the Old Navy Family Match clothing (the Old Navy closer to my home has this, and everything is clearly marked as Family Match). This location did not have Family Match clearly marked. I asked two sales associates, and both said, "No, we don't carry this." Neither sales associate moved from their location to offer further assistance. To put it in perspective, it was the middle of the day during a work week. There were more sales associates than patrons in the store. I asked if a similar skirt could be located in the children's section, and the response was, "I don't know, you will have to check yourself." The two stars are for the orderliness of the store. The customer service was terrible, I did not make a purchase. I sat right in their store and ordered what I was looking for online. BTW, not one salesperson who passed by asked if they could help me find anything.

Large selection and fully staffed. This is a good store. But they have limited sizes. You will save money shopping here. Old navy is a go to for kids and smaller sizes. 2 floors of clothing.
