These workers are so rude and so unpleasant to be around I don’t know why you’re working in retail if you look miserable at your job. I was checking out and asked the worker to use my phone number so I can use my points I knew I had (I went the day prior and I had $10 off) the worker was being very rude about the situation saying that I don’t have my rewards and that I must’ve used it without realizing. I know I didn’t use my points because I showed her my receipt and it only said I used $5 off and the girl from the day before said I still had my $10. I asked for a manager or at least the girl that checked me out the day before and the worker checking me out today say she wasn’t in. I looked over to my right and she was standing right across the store. I called later and she was being very rude on the phone not being accommodating at all. Then when I left the store I saw through the window that they were all laughing at me.

i never leave reviews and literally work in retail myself, but the workers here are so rude. i went up to 2 girls who were folding clothes and gossiping behind the register bc i had a question and the girl facing forward looked at me and didn’t say anything and then the girl who had her back turned, after like 2 minutes of me standing there, turned around and just stared at me. like?? as someone who works in retail that’s definitely not
how you treat a customer.

The workers are so rude and do not care at all. I came into the store at 7pm (on a day they closed at 8pm) and the only 2 people working gave me a dirty look and I heard the one girl say “oh my god” every time someone else came in after me. It was around 7:15 when someone asked if they could try on 1 thing in the fitting room and the worker said no. As someone who also works in retail, I understand that the fitting rooms close early to make clean up easier, but this customer had 1 item and the two workers were both standing behind the cash registers on their phones doing nothing. A few minutes later a group of girls and their mom came in and I heard the girl behind the counter (her cell phone still in her hand) say word-for-word “oh my god we literally close in 10 minutes”. I checked the time at that exact moment and it was 7:35. Whoever runs this Pacsun needs to hire a more pleasant staff because I just felt like a bother in there. The workers were rude and cold and short with everyone. I know this review won’t do anything because the company is so big but I really hope someone in charge of them sees this and does something about it. I know minimum wage isn't worth a lot, but it wouldn't kill anyone that worked there to be kinder. If you hate your job that much maybe find something else to do.

Cheers to Danielle who made my return super easy. And with a smile answered my thirty questions about one single product. It ain’t easy working retail and the “customers always right” concept blah blah blah cause we know some ppl aren’t happy no matter how you treat them.

They don’t even deserve one star I was looked down on the whole time in the willowbrook store in New Jersey I was in there about 2 weeks ago getting my kids Essential Sweatsuits and I was approached by a worker who told me that I can’t hold the merchandise in my hand and that I will have to put it behind the counter I said np at that point I was uncomfortable so I couldn’t even finish shopping I asked the lady behind the register what was the reason she said the merchant Essential does not allow customers to walk around the store with the merchandise. I said I’ve never heard of nothing like that honestly speaking if your worried abt people running with the merchandise either you don’t sell it or keep it in the back and just get the sizes from the customers This was a very unpleasant experience but it doesn’t end there I had to end up returning the next day in the mix of them taking the stuff behind the register somehow I ended up with the wrong size sweatsuit so I went back to exchange it I was told it was final sale products but the cashier whom did not want to disclose the managers name to me did exchange the sweatsuit . I’ve never shopped somewhere where the workers weren’t allowed to provide the managers name this was a very unpleasant experience I’ve spent a lot of money at pacsun I will no longer support this store in willowbrook mall .

I find they hire some of the rudest people who won't help you. I came in wanting to exchange a skirt for a different size WITH TAGS and the manager refused to help me because I didn't have a receipt. I love that when i googled if I can make an exchange without a receipt the Pacsun website says yes! Smh.

These young ladies are very well mannered, trained, full of hospitality with patience to solve problems for customers especially those that shop online. Pac Sun policies makes returns, exchange, refunds very difficult; so I inform those who shop in store DO NOT take it out on the staff, they work pretty HARD!! Thanks again to the lovely ladies and for what you did to get my merchandise. Stay sweet as you guys were found. Be blessed.

The WORST place I have ever shopped at! I used love PacSun and shopping there, but after this experience, I will never spend a cent there again. Not only is the staff incredibly rude and disrespectful, but they are so lazy! Don't expect to get a greeting or a "have a nice day" because you're sure to be disappointed. Today, I went to make a return because of a stain that was on the sweatshirt. I never wore the sweatshirt and the tag was still on the sweatshirt. At first, it took me a while to get the attention of the cashier because she was on her phone. Then she refused to make my return, and I can understand that it's store policy (I knew I was trying my luck), but I wouldn't be upset if they had simply showed a little bit of kindness. Throughout the entire interaction the cashier was so rude and very clearly expressing how bothered she was for no reason. Everyone has bad days, but there's no reason to be so disrespectful. There was one other person in the store, but the cashier very impolitely asked me to leave to tend to the other "customers" who weren't even in line. Now, I am not a quarrelsome person, I was being very respectful. Please do not shop at there, your day will be completely ruined.

Your pretty standard pac sun. We went during black Friday so it was very busy. They were very good with limiting people from going in and their sales were decent. Pac sun always has great clothes and merchandise.

Truly unfriendly staff. Eyeball rolling and walking away like their head might explode when you try to look at the items in an area they are currently “straightening”. Not a single greeting or word from the cashier through the entire transaction, and certainly not a goodbye or thank you. Negative vibes all around this store.

Horrible horrible service I went to the store on October 8 of 2021 and purchased clothings for my next Day vacation. On the day of my trip I realized the security tag is still attached to the shirt. I had to drive 45 minutes to the mall and back 45 min to my house while I had a flight that evening! It was so stressful, I spoke to the manager who is a gentleman and explain to him the The hassle of going back-and-forth and he did not do anything to accommodate. His exact words were ”I can’t do anything” They definitely lost a client. The experience that I had with this store I will never forget and won’t go back to them for sure!!
