Had my BMW in for service…had 20$ stolen from side compartment….really don’t even care about that so much more upset because we called and left messages for service manager to give him heads about an employee…im sure they are having this problem besides us…no response no nothing..more upset about that…taking my business to Ramsey BMW and we own 4 BMWs..communication is the key in business so whoever in charge seeing this may wanna have a conversation…

I bought my first BMW from Paul Miller BMW almost a decade ago. I had a fantastic experience. I couldn't be happier with that purchase. I really enjoyed that car. When it was time to upgrade, i went back to them and bought another car last week.
I called Tony Herrera before driving to the dealer from Long Island. Once i arrived there, he took me out for a test drive and explained everything i needed to know about the car. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Tony Herrera and Rob DiDomenico made me feel welcome and were very professional during the entire process. They were very attentive and answered all my questions. The buying experience was seamless and stress-free.
