They keep a ton of fish in tiny little bowls like some sadistic monsters. They only care about the cats. All animals deserve safe and comfortable living accommodations. Not this.

my oranda fish look sick,I took a video and pictures and showed it to the person in charge by Aquarium section, explained his behavior ,she told she new nothing about them ,second person ,I just started working here
manager look at me with dumfounded look and just walked away ,not even a I'm sorry we could not help you

Barbara the groomer is so awesome with my puppy Mousse. When we bring Mousse to Petsmart and he sees Barbara he gets very excited. Barbara is such a sweetie with our little Mousse. She always does an amazing job with cutting his hair and baths. Mousse comes back smelling sooooo good and looks super cute with how she styles his hair. Barbara is the BEST!

I love this PetSmart grooming, Barbara is the best!! She does an amazing job grooming our goldendoodle every time and is very friendly and respectful in person, I would highly recommend!! A++++++ Barbara is the best!!!

I ordered pet food from their online website and put pick up for wayne. After making the order I got an order number and the website claimed I’d get an email with the confirmation number. To specify, they never sent a confirmation email. I tried to contact petsmart in wayne to make sure the order was in their system but no one answered. I called about 3 times over the course of two hours. Finally I called the customer service line on the website and let them know the issue, they did say my order was in the system and that they would let the wayne petsmart know and call me back. When the customer service line called me back they let me know that THEY could not even get in contact with wayne and to go and see in person if they knew. We then went in person and let them know and they said they would check so it was clear they did not seem to know. Once they found the order they had to gather the product because they had not yet and said they would be back. Keep in mind usually it says on the website itll be done for pickup within 2 hours and we were already past it. After waiting for way too long we brought the product as we saw it on the shelf that no one got yet to the front prepared to repay just to get it over with to which they finally rushed to grab the order and stop us from paying again and having to refrute the previous charge with the bank. Overall just unprofessional and possibly lazy, not sure who's working there that no one seems to care about their customers all that much. Just want them to see this and maybe care enough to pick up their phone next time!

No lines at all on a Wednesday afternoon, so speedy checkout. Certain popular products are not always in stock, so if u see your item, get a bunch while you are there.
