Rainy day, thank you John (i believe thats his name) told him i would be back for a pair of farm boots 2 weeks ago. He still remembered not only my name but the exact shoe i wanted. Was in an out of there in 10 minutes. Thank you for making my experience a quick and painless one! I love my new Red Wings i wear them all the time now!

Walked in oday with a big boot issue and was at first told I was out 100$ due to the worx brand not being true red wings? then Jose the man came in and fixed it for me and I managed to save a 100$ and both my wallet and feet are now very happy! Thanks Jose!

Red Wing's website states that online orders can be returned to any store, but this is the second store that refused to accept my return (they appeared confused and did not know how).

Great store with even better employees. From the minute I walked in, the employee at the front desk, Adam, was very enthusiastic and eager to help me. I had to do an in store exchange with my logger boots so I went to this store, however, my receipt was not in the system because of the recent system update. After learning that I drove 2 hours to this location (it is the closest store to me), Adam went above and beyond to ensure that I left with a new pair of boots. He spent an hour calling other stores and going through the system to figure out how to help me. When it was all said and done, not only did I have a new pair of boots, I also had a great deal of respect for Adam and his determination to help me. Great experience all around

Went to the store for laces ....yep laces the guy said I'll see what I got....came back said sorry we don't have any.....I thought to myself isn't this a boot store? Thanks for being so helpful

I walked into this store needing a new pair of boots and they really did not want to sell me anything . They literally talked me out of buying anything there . Very disappointed. Lost a customer !!!
