I've been in this store numerous times, as well as other locations. This is the only location where I can walk around for at least 20 min and NO ONE even says hi to me. In fact, on several occasions, today certainly, I've even had people look me right in the eye and not say anything, just walk on by. I guess I don't have enough color on me, and in a couple cases, I'm the wrong sex/gender (same thing btw).
Originally I just went in to pick up an online order. While there, despite the rudeness of employees, I decided to shop b/c I needed other stuff. Well, there was some sort of "incident" and we were all moved to the back room. After about 20 minutes we were able to leave, and I paid for the stuff I had in my hand. I could have put a couple things in my pocket and no one would have known, and you know what? In hind sight I should have. After I paid, I went to pick up my order (the girl checking me out told me pickups are upfront), the guy in way too much makeup and nails (are you kidding me?!?) told me everyone has to leave and they're not letting anyone shop or anything. So, I can't get the stuff I already paid for, but it's ok to charge me more money????!! Are you f'n kidding me?! I am so done with this location. I work in this mall, and I will go to Riverside (where they bend over backwards to help me) or just order online from now on.

I hate this store!
CUSTUMER service sucks! And no attention to details! How can you just skip listening to one CUSTUMER to go to the next and never come back around… busy store and no associates!!!

I had a terrible experience at your store today. I visited to pick up my birthday gift and hoped to grab some samples. I looked for an employee to assist me, but they were mostly busy. I approached two ladies who were chatting and ignoring me. After patiently waiting, I finally got their attention, only to be met with extreme rudeness from a young lady named Helen.
As a women's photographer, I was interested in trying an instant under-eye corrector. Instead of helping, she went on a rant about how horrible the product is and that it's only a temporary solution. I was aware of this and explained that it's exactly what I needed for my clients. Despite my explanation, she tried to change my mind and after almost begging she reluctantly gave me a sample after insisting. She also claimed she wasn't allowed to give me the sample but would do it anyway, with a rude and nasty attitude. Maybe it's due to the fact she's half my age and looks like she could be my mother... yikes
I didn't appreciate the unnecessary comments and poor treatment. As a long-time customer, I was deeply disappointed by this encounter. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I hope it improves in the future.

unhelpful. even gave it a second chance and asked another person working on the floor for some help, and they just brushed me off. wouldn't recommend this Sephora. the one in GSP is much better.

I recently visited this Sephora, typically opting for online shopping but decided to explore in-person for a perfume since I am traveling soon However, my experience was marred by discomfort and discrimination. Despite entering for a specific item, I felt unwelcomed as staff seemed preoccupied with other customers and displayed a dismissive attitude towards me not sure probably because I wasn’t buying a lot of products.It was disheartening to witness such behavior from a brand known for its inclusive values. Unfortunately, this encounter reaffirmed my preference for online shopping, leaving me hesitant to return to Sephora's physical stores. I have noticed they are more approachable to clients buying high-end items and on a higher price range than customers who go in for one or two products which is very bizarre to see. not to mention this Sephora is so unclean lack of hygiene was questionable.

I had such a great experience in Sephora today with Cierra. She was very friendly and helpful. She took her time with finding the right color and brand of foundation for my mom that I wanted more of her service so much I ended up spending more than I planned. I hope to visit again and be helped with her because she truly made a difference in my opinion in Sephora . All the team members seemed very approachable and friendly . Great job Sephora, you got this one right .

WORST experience ever. I bought a Dior concealer and the next day when I opened it, not only was it the wrong shade but it was USED. Disgusting. I went back the SAME day and the manager was rude as hell. They treated ME like I was in the wrong?? Clearly that store can’t manage their products and have the worst customer service. They put used/returned products back out on the shelves. Despicable & RUDE.

I normally love coming to this location since the associates are friendly but had a poor experience today with an associate named Jackie. I asked a simple question and had a little confusion about a product, and she had a really strange attitude and tone in her voice. It made me uncomfortable and I left the store deciding to just buy online, as she was not helpful at all and I was taken back by her mannerism.

Sephora is one of my favorite places to shop for beauty products. I’ve recently treated myself to the “The 7 Virtues” gift set and I am in love. This location was awesome with great customer services.

I got Brazilian bum bum brands roll on from this location and had a very bad allergy. I brought back the roll on they didn’t refund my money or exchange.
