Great service. David at ski barn helped out with swapping one of my rentals. Made sure everything worked well for me and showed me all different boards and bindings to make sure we got it right. Ski barn is awesome with their rental program and they will get you hooked up right for the season!!

We bought an outdoor furniture set a month ago and by the time we bought it, one of the cushions was missing... after two weeks they delivered the wrong size of the cushion..... now they sent the cushion but in another color..... Hopefully I'll receive the cushion I'm missing before Christmas.

Had some binding issues with my kids board. Dave took the board examined it, then explained how the insurance plan that was purchased with the rental worked. Dave fixed the board and even did the micro adjustments (we had the boots with us on our way to the creek). Great prompt service, pleasant and knowledgeable staff.Always get the extra Insurance!

Made an appointment with Greg to get boots fitted about one month in advance, since many people are recommending him. He is very knowledgeable and definitely knows what he’s doing. He quickly identified the real problems after a few questions and an initial adjustment. You can feel the difference immediately and the boots are much more comfortable now. Worth the money and 30-minute drive on a rainy weekend.
