Went to this store after being at another T-Mobile for over two hours. Chris assisted me & was the best service I’ve had in a long time. He solved my issue within 20 minutes & offered genuine care for my problem. If anyone needs help, seek Chris !

Absolutely love the customer service here. Walked in and out in less than an hour with a new phone, iPad, home internet, Harmon Kardon speaker and better plan which gave me better value from what I was currently paying. Always coming here from now on

If I could put ZERO stars I absolutely would. Please do not visit this store! I ordered a phone back in September and have never received it! I had to dispute the charge through my credit card to get my money back because the store manager refused to refund me. then put a separate CHARGE on my phone bill for $1400 for the phone that was still never received! I have been trying to get this charge taken off my bill since NOVEMBER and no one will take it off. T Mobile over the phone says the store is responsible and the store keeps telling me they are taking care of it and they have not! I have spent countless hours waisting time just trying to get this off my bill. This is the WORST customer service I have received in my ENTIRE LIFE! Please do not shop here unless you want them to steal your money and never receive a phone!

Asking to return the network device but all I heard is only to drop it at UPS. According to what Tmobile phone services, it's ok to srop it at any location but i was told "That's not true" Hey! I felt offended, why do you have to so direct? Where's manners? Why do you have to make it so hard to return?

I have ben a Verizon customer for 18 years, and there is a reason why everyone is switching to T-mobile! First off, the staff in this location are an absolute delight! I was having a frustrating process switching over my phone carrier to T-mobile, however Khalil, Steven, Kevin and Chris were absolutely amazing! They walked me through every single step, despite Verizon giving us a hard time with releasing my phone line. They all worked together very diligently for two days trying to sort this out. Khalil worked with my husband and I and got us the best phone deals (both upgraded to brand new smart phones) and made sure our plan was affordable and efficient to our needs. Kevin did a wonderful job assisting us with the knowledge needed to transfer the lines.Steven and Chris worked with me the second day I went to T-mobile to transfer my line, and THEY DID NOT STOP until we got that phone line transferred from Verizon to T-mobile. Chris NEEDS to be the manager, he knows the ins and out about phones, transferring data, and all of the back end work needed for the transition. All four of these gentleman were great to work with, and they all worked together as a team to make this transition smooth for me. I would recommend 100% going to this location and working with any of these gentlemen. They all really take the time to work with you within your budget, and actually listen to you, and your needs.

I had a pleasant experience at this store. I worked with Robert who assisted me with upgrading my iPhone and setting up my Apple Watch and home internet. Very well mannered, professional and highly recommend him and this store to anyone.

I had an issue connecting to my email accounts. Kevin G. at the Wayne location could not have been more helpful. He was so polite and genuinely made me feel like he cared about helping me. Not only did he correct the issue but he made sure that the way I access my email remained the same. (I hate change in technology.) Even though I live closer to a different TMobile store I will drive the extra distance for the extra service I received from Kevin. Super nice young man.

Pretty terrible customer service. Staff is only concerned with sales and if you need anything else it appears that it is not worth their time. Also, my bill has still not been adjusted to the initial quoted amount as is being promised to be. I’m ver my disappointed with this store and would encourage people to go somewhere else.

I went to the store multiple times because I was being overcharged and when I was told the problem was fixed it still wasn’t and I was being over charged continuously. Dan is a liar and a cheater don’t trust this store
