Finally came to the store and was given the treatment that I was looking for, he was very crystal clear in all the sales and promotions. Franklin store manager assistant was very professional and made all the transactions smooth. I finally left T-Mobile wanting all the service and explanation I needed he is definitely the person you will want to see!! Has a great sense of humor and has a lot of patience. Great job Franklin they should have more people working in Tmobile like you!

I have 6 lines and one home internet with t-mobile. I had 3 questions; all answered as; You can call the T mobile. There were no customers in the store but 2 associates did not bother to talkto me.

Since Shop Rite moved out, the mall has been mostly dormant. Surprisingly the store was booming with customers. Assistant manager Franklin was on top of all matters, serving his own client, directing other staff what to do, answering questions from every direction, and offering a few acknowledging words to the customers in waiting queue. He was truly 'managing' the space. I had to visit the store twice as my old device didn't belong to the 'Keep & Switch' reimbursement list. A small miscommunication. With sincere apology, I was offered another promotion and got a new device free of charge. The rookie Jason also helped me a lot monitoring all data transfer together. Great service. Happy experience.

I just purchased an iPhone from the T-Mobile Store on Hamburg Turnpike in Wayne, NJ and cannot speak highly enough of Franklin who helped me throughout the entire process. There was a problem processing my order in the store due to the high volume of sales from the recent release of the iPhone 14, so Franklin recommended I contact e-Sales on my own. I called from home and after 1.5 hours on the phone, e-Sales brought Franklin into a three-way conversation in an effort to resolve the problem and get my order placed. Thanks to Franklin's wealth of knowledge from years of experience and his persistence with the representative, the problem was resolved and my order was placed. My phone arrived three days later instead of the expected three to five weeks later.Upon receiving my phone, I went back to the store and Franklin transferred the information from my existing phone to my new one. After a brief tutorial I was on my way to enjoy my new phone.Though it's a premature to comment on T-Mobile's service, I cannot speak highly enough of Franklin and the entire staff at this T-Mobile location. Thank you, again, Franklin!

Everyone at this location is really friendly and helpful. Franklin and Nia helped me preorder my iPhone 14 and were very attentive while doing so. I will continue coming here for this excellent customer service

If you get anything from this review, beware, this store snuck on a “protection plan” when I upgraded the phone. They also tell customers that if you don’t use a new usb-c fast charger your apple warranty is voided, which is of course incorrect.

Nia made what is usually a long and painful process the best experience we have ever had at a t-mobile store. Besides her knowledge of T-Mobile/Apple products, her customer service was top notch. She acknowledged every new customer that walked into the store even when helping us; a rarity when most T-Mobile workers ignore you if they are with another customer. A true asset to your company. Overall 5 stars!
