If there was a way to give 0 stars, I would have. Horrible location! Customers are not being greeted, and waiting over 40 mins to get access to my safe deposit box! Meanwhile, there’s only 2 tellers and 1 CSR- CSR had been with the same customer before I even walked in. Tellers didn’t have customers, but they didn’t even acknowledge the ppl waiting for customer svc! I’m sure the 40 mins I waited a teller could have taken me to my box!

One of the worst banking websites imaginable. Please get caught up with the 22nd century with links that work - "Contact Us Now" in the footer leads no where helpful - and an easy way to speak with someone over the phone. Also how is it possible you can only show 3 months of transaction history and you have to call and wait on hold to see beyond that? Cmon fellas, get it together. Way to behave like a small-town bank out of its league.

I understand now why the reviews are so low. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER. If you can try avoiding this location a minimum simple transaction can turn into a headeche just because ther representatives have zero skills on management. The cashier Edson in specific needs some manner skills, costumer service 101 and even some respect and education for costumers.

Do not go to this bank!!!!!I came to this bank to notarize some documents and open an account. The notary person was so rude and unprofessional, that I had to leave without opening an account or notarizing. Horrible services, unprofessional staff.

Very ridiculous that pretty much every other TD is open late Thursday and Friday and the one time that I need a late Td because of things are out of my hands this place is closed.

It's a bank but doesn't have enough large bills even when you call ahead. Then the teller comes out from another room and doesn't even count it, hands it over all annoyed. Such a pleasant experience.

Went to TD Bank on Valley Road Wayne NJ on July 14, 2018 to cash a check. I dealt with the teller Michael L first of all I ended up waiting online for more then 10 minutes, didn't even apologize for the wait. MICHAEL L DID NOT WEAR A NAME TAG Michael L. Was extremely nasty. Acted very disrespectful to me also. After I was done he didn't ask me if there is anything else he can do for me, didn't say have a nice day either. Didn't even say good bye. He threw the money that was cashed at me, then I said thank you to him and he said your welcome in a very nasty manner. I can not wait to speak, the branch manager, the district manager and corporate about Michael L from TD Bank on Valley Road in Wayne NJ.

Very nice people in this bank, everyone is so friendly. They have a free parking lot, i suggest everyone most go there. Thanks Mr. Brain for helped us.

I've been coming to this bank for 5 years. Extremely friendly, efficient, professional, excellent customer-service. I would like to personally thank Steve in customer-service and Jose the manager for their kindness. I wish all the staff a very pleasant day.
