Typical children's place. Shelves are organized though store felt a little cramped. Wasn't much of a line for a Friday afternoon during the Christmas season. Online pickup was smooth and hassle free.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I stopped in to pick up an online order and look around. I ended up buying some $1.99 long sleeve t-shirts for my daughter and a few other cute sale and clearance items. I worked in retail many years ago, this store seemed clean and well organized. All the stacks of shirts were nicely folded, the store was well-lit, safely organized, and I don't remember any loud or offensive music. I was not greeted by an employee or asked if I needed help with anything, but that is fine with me. The cash register was centrally and conveniently located, and the employee that helped me with my online order and to check out my in-store purchase was polite and helpful. She mentioned that I had a $5 reward available and asked if I wanted to use it. The store was not busy when I was there. The clothes I purchased on clearance were affordable, I thought they were cute and looked comfortable, and my daughter liked them. I have not washed them and she has not worn them other than to try them on, so I can't comment on clothing quality or durability. I might update this post later on.

Went to the store 11/23/21, looking for 2 specific coats in a specific size. The cashier said she could order them online and have them shipped to my house. Long story short, she charged my credit card $74.98 and never actually placed the order. And now I can not be reimbursed even though I have been calling since the first week of DECEMBER, because apparently I have no merchandise for a refund!!!! NEVER EVER SHOP AT THIS STORE!

I was ignored by a young girl working at the front of the store. I asked her if children's masks were sold, and she turned around and yelled "Excuse me!?". When I repeated myself, she glared and said no. I don't write many reviews for stores, but this is absurd. This is who you have working at the FRONT of the store?

I don’t usually shop at this particular location. However, this was my second time trying to make an exchange and they gave me the runaround for the second time. I must say the cashier was quite pleasant and she was not unprofessional at all (for as far as I know). The manager Trish is the absolute WORST. She has a very nasty attitude and seems very unhappy with her job. She should receive additional training in providing exceptional customer service if she continues to represent this company. Not once did she make eye contact with me and by the look on her face (knitted eyebrows) she seemed very annoyed with the fact that I went up to her regarding the issue as she was folding shirts. She claimed that was the first she was hearing about me trying to return which is a lie because the cashier went up to her twice to ask questions about my return. I decided to not even bother with this store at all by taking back my merchandise and leaving. I asked for the managers name and the location number and it took forever just to provide me with that information. I was finally provided a business card with the company name and 1800 number. After realizing this I went back to the store and asked once again for the information I initially requested. At this point I had the corporate office personnel on the phone waiting. Store manager Trish provided her name and store number with a distasteful attitude and expression on her face.In the end the corporate office personnel was able to locate my purchase and was very accommodating. Great job keeping a valued customer Children’s Place! But I will never return to this location FOR SURE.
