I just picked up a very special necklace and bracelet that needed repairs, and once again, I am beyond impressed with the exceptional service and craftsmanship. Shimon not only flawlessly repaired my pieces with such care, but also expertly cleaned and polished them to look much more beautiful than the way they were before he received them. His lovely wife Ruth is always professional and patient, and she took the time to encourage me to try on the pieces and make sure they were perfect. Discovering this gem of a shop a few years ago, I have sent many family and friends here without any hesitation. Thank you for your talents and my beautiful jewelry!

My mom passed away and I had her wedding ring. I knew I wanted to take her beautiful diamond and make it into a necklace however I was hesitant because I was so nervous I would not like the end result and I needed someone I could trust. Shimon and Ruth were recommended to me by a dear friend. I had an initial meeting with Ruth and Shimon and I know the minute we started talking about the design I had found my jeweler. Shimon was so incredibly kind and took his time with me as we talked about the different designs that we could do. Ruth was so helpful giving her insight and explaining how different designs would look. I also had a necklace my husband had given me and I wanted that made into a ring. Shimon and Ruth helped me design that also. The results were way beyond my expectations and I could not be happier. The kindness that they showed me meant so much to me. It was a hard decision to dismantle my mom’s ring as this was the ring that she forever wore. They always say you will always remember how people treat you and I was treated with such care. The craftsmanship was superb and what I received was way beyond my expectations. The care , thought and kindness that they put into my necklace and ring was so evident. Image Gallery will be my forever jeweler. I am so happy my friend recommended them and I now will sing their praise. Do not hesitate to visit their store.

I have been a customer of Ruth and Shimon's for 30 years. I have purchased many many things over the years and not just jewelry many gifts. They have very unique items and can always find something for myself when buying a gift for someone else :). And if not they can make it for you. I can't say enough nice things about the owners, alway a great experience. And my friends love all the gifts I have bought over the years. Today I picked up beautiful pair of earrings....I LOVE THEM. Today I went to get my ring resized (make it smaller). The guy agreed to do it for 100$ and he said it will take half hour. I came back in 30 min it was done, right size, everything ok. I asked him about piece that he cut out and he said that he’s not giving it back because he’s shaving the ring, not cutting ( never heard of it before and it doesn’t make any sense) So I paid and left, but I’m just wondering if it’s right? I used to get my rings resizes before and the procedure was following: weight the ring in front of me, resize it, and then at pick up, weight the ring again with the piece that was cut out, weights should match and I take everything home. As far as I know that’s the way to handle gold. Also price for resizing a bit ridiculous but I needed to get it done fast so I’m not complaining about it. Very unpleasant experience ☹️

Beautiful people and amazing work! My husband got my gorgeous engagement ring here and we returned later to get our beautiful wedding rings here. We were very happy with their service and beyond thrilled with our rings. I constantly received compliments on my rings by how sparkly, shiny, and beautiful they are. They are such nice and warming people to work with. Highly recommended!

Stopped by this place and the experience was so horrid I'm still dumbfounded. I'm an extremely friendly person, so when I walked in I said hello and smiled. I asked the proprietor if they did jewelry soldering. He said he would have to see the piece, so I showed him what I wanted done. He was not friendly whatsoever but, hey people have bad days, so I ignored it. He took a look at the jewelry I had brought in, and told me that it would cost $50 for him to solder 5 jump rings. I thought he was joking with me, or I heard him wrong so I chuckled. But he didn't laugh back, he just glared at me. I said "Sorry, did you say 50? As in five zero?" He confirmed that was indeed what he said. I still thought he must be teasing me, so I said with a smile on my face "what in the world are you using for solder"? And that's when he got incredibly nasty with me. He screamed that he's not a jeweler, and it would take him a very long time to solder it. I told him that unfortunately for him I know what I'm talking about because I solder and make jewelry out of my house. A project like what I wanted done would take me less than 5 minutes and cost less than $1 to do myself (except I can't right now due to a hand injury). He had the rudeness and audacity to bark at me "then go do it yourself". I did absolutely nothing to this man, and I was treated with such spite and rudeness that I actually got feisty with him in return. I'm an extremely meek person so this is really rare for me. I was so stunned I can't remember exactly what I said, but it was something about him being a disgrace and that I had never been treated so appallingly in a store before. He was still yelling rude and obnoxious things at me as I left. If this is how this person runs their business, I'm baffled how he's still open. I'm still shook at how horribly I was treated. It was unbelievable and completely uncalled for. You would think I went in there to insult his family or something. Typical male chauvinist pig. EDIT: I noticed the other reviews mention the owners by name. Almost all of them. That is not a thing people do. They don't include the owners names in reviews. They were probably left by family members or friends so they could have a good score.

The only place I trust to have my jewelry repaired! Had my diamond reset and setting is beautiful!!! They could not be nicer and service is amazing... Great for gifts as well... Always purchase my gifts at the image gallery.

Ruth and Shimon have been my family's jewelers since childhood. The Image Gallery always has something we want and is our gifting go-to. They recently helped my fiancé and me with our engagement ring, guiding us through the process from selecting a diamond and collaborating on the setting design to revising the CAD rendering and delivering the ring of my dreams. We're thrilled with the final result and cannot recommend The Image Gallery highly enough.

I'm so in love with my engagement ring, I can't stop looking at it, and I still squeal every time I put it in. The diamond Ruth and Shimon sourced is bright white, sparkly, and beautifully shaped. The setting is exactly what I wanted. They were so patient and helpful in guiding my fiancé and me through every step of the process. For comparison, we visited the diamond district. Pushy guy, on his phone the whole time, the diamonds were above budget and not nearly as nice as mine. For the overall experience, it's an incredible value. Image Gallery is now where we buy jewelry gifts for our family and will be our go-to for important pieces.
