Shady service and poor customer service.
No notification that materials arrived even though they say they will call. No notification that shipment was damaged. Lack of concern for the customer. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

We had such a great experience at The Tile Shop on route 46. I recommend that you deal directly with Phil. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond with his level of service. He also has great design advice. They have a large selection of beautiful tile choices and their prices are excellent. It’s my go to place for all of my next projects.

Great experience here working with Phil! He was patient and answered all of my questions. This was my first big remodel project and he was very knowledgeable on the inventory and suggested similar options to a few tiles I saw online to make sure I considered all similar colorings. It was a seamless experience all around

I was fortunate enough to have a large order of product filled by Ken at the Tile Shop. Recently going through an extensive renovation, and was in need of a large variety and number of different tiles. Ken was not only able to get my order filled and dispatched, but was then able to get an emergency order delivered the next day when my contractor informed me that he had miscounted the amount we needed for the project. Ken went above and beyond, and that's something seen increasingly rarely these days. Highly recommended.

Ken’s high level of professionalism and customer service was impeccable and he made the whole process for my wife and I a very enjoyable experience . The Tile Shop is amazing ! We spent most of the summer looking at several places for tiles to redo our bathroom. If you have ever have been through this process it can be overwhelming . Everything starts to look the same and if you don’t really have an eye it’s hard to envision . This store had quite the selection and their mock showers and bathtubs is what really helped us decide on what to get . The manager there and the sales rep- Rayshawn were very helpful and excellent to work with . They helped us narrow things down and stay within our budget . We will come back for material for our second bathroom . Thank you gentleman ! If you’re planning on remodeling anything and need tiles, this is the place to go!
