“I picked up an auto transporter from U-Hail and.needed help to get my car up the ramp and secured. I googled "towing service" and clicked on the first result. I explained what I needed to the person who answered (Andrew) and listened patiently, then he said he can help me. It was Saturday around 5 PM, he texted his address and told me me to bring the truck/auto transporter and my car. When I got there, Andrew got the car on and secured it for me....and then he said there was NO CHARGE. Who does that??!! Andrew has a heart of gold and is an expert in towing.”

“Kevin helped me get off the side of the road with a dead Tesla - although he wasn’t trained on how to handle the car, he had helped me with his expertise by learning alongside with me and not abandoning me in the process.
Kevin went the extra step and towed the vehicle in the safest manner possible with minimal dragging of the car onto the bed and stayed alongside with me until the car was able to turn back on
Although I believe the pricing was unjust, they were fast and efficient. And at 3am when all those towing companies in the area refused to answer OR help, they save my day.”
