“Kind of jammed with boxes, one of two registers didn't work and they over charged me for something with the sticker clearly marked. Wasn't the best experience.
Update- Much better! I'm happy these didn't have self checkout, like the other location near us. Fun stock of stuff you want but don't need, polite staff and clean store.”
“This store is immaculate. Everything is so neatly organized and all of the associates I interacted with were extremely patient, helpful, and friendly. There was a clearance/ sale area in the corner and even that was so meticulously maintained. With all the little nick nacks and things that can easily become disheveled, you can tell the associates take pride in their work as they take such good care of the store.”

“I legitimately don't know where to start. I LOVE this store. I grew up in the neighborhood behind it so it has a massive nostalgia factor for me. The Staff has always been great. Bryan is super helpful with the usually very large amount of questions I have. They probably have more Pokemon, One Piece, DBZ, products in stock than most other stores, They also have very hard to find products, including other TCGs, action figures, and comics(which I don't know anything about) . The TCG prices are always just about even with market. Sometimes a little higher, sometimes a little lower. They also have the only rewards program I've seen in any store like it ever, and I've been to and even reviewed quite a few other stores like it. I just wish they had room to host play events!”
