It was very easy to rent from this center. I booked online and my van was ready to go when I showed up. Very speedy process. I am likely going to be moving more things in the near future and would absolutely use this center again.

Called five different Uhaul's regarding 1 question. I called this one and James is probably the most competent Uhaul employee I spoke to. He didn't dismiss me like Paterson Uhaul. Instead he was polite, knowledgable and kind. I will definitely use again.

So I thought today was going to be a smooth day. The day before I reserved a 15' truck to pickup in Montville online. I received my confirmation # & on the email it states a customer representative will call me by the end of the day to confirm "preferred" time and location. No one ever called me So I drive to the location in Montville and we were told the truck is ready for pick up in Wayne. U-Haul in Montville stated I should of got an email stating this and we did not. Also the guy said we can drop the truck of in Montville , turns out we could not do this either. The storage unit was located in Parsippany. So I had to pay for double the miles because of miscommunication on U-Haul's end. If they told me the day of. I would of canceled the truck. A little upset that moving my belongings could of costed me half the amount my bill was , since I paid for unnecessary miles ($2.00/mile).
