My main issues are a lack of efficiency and communication. For a project that I was told would take a week, I ended up waiting a month as each time I called my device was being shipped to some kind of specialist who had the tools to do the job correctly. That happened twice and both times my device got shipped it took several days for them to even send the package. Now i have a broken laptop and have lost a month. They were kind enough to refer me to another store and did not charge me. I signed up for their insurance plan but am now reconsidering since it may be simpler to pay out of pocket to a retailer.

I have gone to other locations and had terrible experiences but I must say the Wayne location was probably one of my best experiences in customer service hands down. Not only was the new Xbox repair done in record time, they waved the cost because I have their home protection plan and because first two repairs at a different location were not only done wrong but one took four months. They got my son’s Xbox fixed in under a week and that is including the need for it to be shipped out for a more extensive repair that could not be done in that particular store. I was called throughout the entire process. Just amazing service all around.

Wayne NJ store fixed my Z4 screen really quickly and even though I was 3 days over the Samsung warranty period, they didn't charge me. Very happy with service and outcome. Screen looks great again.

Dave was very professional and courteous and explained the process for repacement of the battery in my smart watch. The service was efficient and once they received the replacement battery, very timely.I recommend them for repair of your electronic devices.

Went in convinced that the charging port on my iPhone was broken & was ready to pay the estimated cost of $179 to replace the charging port. The tech Kiana, took a look & commented that the port was simply dirty. After cleaning the port, the phone charged with no issues & it only cost me $30. Am very happy with the attention to detail & in keeping customer satisfaction as a priority. Thank you!

Although they were the middleman through my Asurion claim (which was a complete dumpster-fire), they were decently receptive and helpful. Most notably, David remained empathetic through the whole ordeal, laid out as many options as possible, made sure to answer my questions patiently and was apologetic despite none of my woes being his fault. One thing the managers didn't do, and said they would, is get me in touch with the District Manager. With their authority I could have gotten more effective help with my claim, but instead opted to close the claim because going back and forth with Asurion's general call center was exhausting. 5 stars for David, 1 star for not actually fixing my issue/not getting me in touch with District Manager, average 3

These people are excellent. They are really friendly and helpful, and really listen to learn and understand your problem and then do their best to fix it. I was very lucky they were able to save hundreds of photos. I am so happy.

3 months ago I left my surface pro 3, the cooler to be cleaned or replaced and the screen.when I get it back after 3weeks the girl said try it how it works.I said you should test it before giving back to me, I’m not gone sit here for an hour to see how it works .when I got home the device was in even worst situation.The cooler was still making noise ,they didn’t clean it or replaced.The new touch screen doesn’t work well either .And l simply went and bought a new laptop.I lost time and money with these guys.
