they are very rude at the beauty salon. Do not waste your money. I mean they are outright cruel. My mother died and I missed one appointment and when I called to reschedule, they told me cause I missed my first appointment that I had to be a walk-in they’re very full of themselves and they think they’re better than everyone the least stylist like bunny can’t even do hair. It’s terrible very very sad. Do not waste your money and nobody helps you when you go in there it’s terrible.

I love the variety of products here and great service. They have makeup, hair products, perfume, etc. This is my favorite place to shop. You can always find what you want. I highly recommend this place.

Went to buy styling products, and when speaking to the employee (after having to hunt one down) they weren’t able to give me a concrete answer. The employees don’t seem very knowledgeable about the products they carry. The store was also messy even though there were only a handful of people in the store. The employees were just fraternizing amongst each other, and it’s difficult to actually tell if they did or did not work there.

Just moved here from FL. I had an appt. today and saw this store in the area. I had a return sitting in my car. I returned the product and found more of what I needed thanks to the great customer service!! Esteban, Fahima, and Sendrah were all very helpful! I appreciate the care I received from the employees at the store! You have a great team!!

Not the best customer service. I walked in and no one helped me yet when it was closing time they finally come up to me to say they’re closed. There should be an announcement to say they’re closing in 15-20 minutes or at least let me know to head to the register because they’re closing soon.

So here’s my problem this just happened as I’m typing it right now, we left but then came back because smthin had to give . Soooooo my friend and I are were walking inside the store smelling perfumes .. yes security is always there , for safety reasons for sure .. now we spoke with the general manager , the sweetest lady ever . Now the assistant manager or employee working .. she was scoping myself and my friend out .. just came out of classes and we wanted to smell the new perfumes .. why did this assistant manager categorized us as thieves … followed us around the perfume section to then have security eyeing us down , and what makes matters worse is that in the perfume aisle you can see each area and section and he was nowhere on the floor , to then
miraculously be right in front of us ? Yikes if that’s the case .. have security at the front door to watch the WHOLE store not just half of it .. if I could give negative 0 reviews I would .

I am very disappointed with my experience in this store. I was targeted by the security and an employee. Both of them were following me around the store as if I was going to steal something. I felt it was racism because of the way I was dressed or my skin color, I don’t know. But I do know there was white people and they weren’t been followed. Makes me wonder… huh!? WHY!!???? Just because I am not familiar with the store, I looked like I am trying to steal something!!??? I asked for products advice and they’re not knowledgeable and not friendly helpful. I did not felt welcomed!!!

Went on Sunday. Employee wasn't knowledgeable. Sale 30% was fake. There was nothing on the shelf ring sale, and we were told it was a different set. We've checked all sets, and nothing had indicated the sale.
We were told nothing is returnable and refundable without your phone number even when you give email.
When the manager came, it helped. She was polite and helped us.

I went to this ulta for the Benefit Brow service. Delianny was amazing! She’s very knowledgeable about brows. I have low density brow hair and she game me great tips to enhance them. She also made sure that I liked the shape of my brows and was comfortable with the amount of hair she took off. Overall great experience and lovely customer service. I highly recommend you book with her.

We had 7 hair appointments back to back on January 2 nd.
The manager was rude and arrogant with her comments as we arrived there.
Two of the hair stylists messed up our daughter’s hair and needed a redo.
They tried lash extensions on me and couldn’t put them on.
If I were you I would avoid going to their hair stylist.

The manager of Ulta, Edy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The store was very busy and she took the time to show me where each of the products that I needed were and was still able to assist each customer that approached her and asked for help as well.
