“Unfortunately I had some security issues with my acc regardless of how Valley National Bank does business. Nancy at this location not only helped me figure out how to fix my acc she helped me in person situate everything and while my acc was down she was able to provide with funds from my acc until the issue was resolved the issue was then resolved so not only did I have emergency cash she waited for me at the location past business hours just so I could have cash. The issue was resolved she was very kind and straightforward also I was a little frustrated and she still handled my frustrations very well. I am only speaking for Nancy she is a 5 star employee ! If you have any issues ask for her and stop by in person I'm sure she will help you she is very educated !”

“I stumbled upon this location by accident. I had no idea that it was even here. I was on my way to Fun Creation Studio to pick up my pottery, and Wells Fargo was right off the exit from Route 23 North. You might ask how I've been to the pottery place without noticing the bank, but that answer is simple. I usually take the back roads since I'm usually coming from Totowa. I walked in and was promptly greeted by one of the bankers. On this occasion I had a few checks to deposit as well as wanting to withdraw some cash. The banker was extremely helpful and efficient. Overall, a good experience. Now that I know this location is here, I'll make sure to stop by again when I'm in the vicinity.”
