I bought three phones from this store over the past couple of years. They have always provided great service at a reasonable price. My iphone 16 wound up costing less than the iphone 15 when they applied the right discounts!

I will never visit any other Verizon location besides this one. BOTH Verizon employees were kind, heard me out, and assisted me with my issue. They actually FOUGHT FOR ME, instead of against me, which has been my experience in the past. They called the powers that be, explained to numerous people that the client (me) was correct and that I did not owe money on the phone I traded in. After 3 weeks of fighting with Verizon over the phone, talking to supervisors and being hung up on, these gentlemen had things fixed within an hour and my account credited 4 hours later. I had an excellent experience at the Verizon store located at 1428 NJ-23, Wayne, NJ. MD was incredibly helpful in assisting me with registering five lines. The process was seamless, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. MD took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured that all my questions were answered. Worst customer service EVER!!
Staff member never mentioned his name but was so rude and nasty as we asked questions on our bill. We had just come over to Verizon from T-mobile….they wanted to charge us $550 for the first month! You could tell the guy was annoyed and when my husband asked why he had the attitude, the man SLAMS his fist on the table and gets ever more rude.
NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!
