Horrible experience with the manager. He treated me very rude and tried zero percent to help me resolve an online return issue that came from a Walgreens
store. It has only been purchased for 5 days, never opened and Walgreens phone support directed me to ANY Walgreens to initiate the return. I was taken back at his behavior as he is supposed to be the example of leadership for his staff.
If I could I would have given the customer service attendant who first helped me a 5 star. He went above and beyond to try to assist me but only could do so much without his manager. I have used Walgreens for years but after this experience I will never give my business or endorsement for this store again. I, nor, any customer deserve to be given a demeaning- above you -attitude with zero assistance for an issue that is absolutely within your job description! Thank you to the kind, helpful boy who treated me with respect and a smile!

worst customer service. Pharmacy always puts your call on hold atleast for 15 minutes ever single time you call no matter what time of the day. Changing to a different location

There is always a line because there is only one cashier available. If you expect swift service. Go to a different location.

I went to Walgreens today. Found the item that I wanted. It turned out. It was in the wrong spot with the wrong price and they did not honor the price. Everything in the section seem to be in the wrong spot. Seems to me that item was false advertisement.

Very friendly and kind people . Wanted to ship a package and saw here has a FedEx onsite . The shipping label is digital and was supposed to print on myself . Danya helped me print it out and ship it. Highly recommend

*** Be very careful the two new African-American cashiers try to take your rewards coupon that spits out with your receipt. It’s happened to me twice now where they try to put your reward coupon off to the side and just hand you the receipt.
