Do not whatever you do DO NOT take your watch here unless you don’t mind it coming back broken. I brought an expensive watch here to get a simple battery replacement. Granted my entire watch is working correctly prior to bringing it to this man. I come back to pick my watch up my chronograph on the watch is shot, broken. I pay 24$ for a battery and a few days go by and I notice my entire watch is filled with water. He did not properly seal my watch back together and left the entire gasket hanging out of the watch allowing water to get in and completely destroy the watch. I bring it to a LEGITIMATE watch shop and even they said never bring a watch there. I bring the invoice that the new watch place gave me to fix everything and Sammy tells me to practically kick rocks infront of customers. The disrespect and the audacity of this man to push me out of his store and not pay for damages he caused is outrageous. I highly suggest whoever reads this review to never I mean never go to this man. Horrible business. I mean take a look at everyone else’s reviews it’s the same thing.

This is an example of how years of experience does not always generate positive results.I brought in my Mondaine Swiss watch because moisture was seeping into the face and affecting the mechanism of the watch. Sammy says he extracted the moisture by leaving under heat which made sense because the bottom of the face still showed minor residue from the moisture streaks. He then said he changed the battery which is why the watch appeared to work.Fast forward a couple of months when I began to wear the watch frequently again, even more moisture began to seep in. The issue was not resolved until I went elsewhere and was told the gasket needed to be swapped and the crystal on my watch face may be the issue.I have yet to see any moisture seep into the watch after it was properly repaired. Avoid this establishment at all cost. Instead of finding a real solution all Sammy did was resort to asserting that I had purposely walked into water and that’s what cause the damage.

Sammy did a horrible job on my watch. Not only did he take over 30 minutes to change a battery but he charged me $25 to replace the battery on a simple task. Definitely won’t recommend him to anyone. Very overpriced and poor work ethic. The watch wasn’t even fully repaired and gave it back to me with missing parts.

Stay away from this establishment. Owner does not stand behind his merchandise . If something goes wrong he points a finger at you and says you did it, rather than try to work out something. He has your money and just doesn't care. STAY AWAY!!!!

Stay away from this store. Owner was rude and does not stand behind his merchandise. All he cares about is the money. When I asked him what was his name, he refused to tell me. He denied being the owner when I knew he was. Please save your money and do not patronize this store.

I went to have a battery changed and Sammy was great! Not only did he change the battery I also purchased a nice Yankee watch and he gave me a great discount on total bill for being a first time customer. Highly recommended.

I purchased a watch online and when it arrived it was too big for my wrist. I went into Watch Tower without an appointment and Sammy removed links on the band to make it fit. Highly recommend this store. He also has a great selection of watches for sale I will be going back soon to purchase one.

I recently took one of my automatic watches here to be fixed for an issue regarding the accuracy of the time and am greatly disappointed with the quality of the service and how I was treated by the owner of the store. When the watch was originally dropped off the owner had refrained from giving me an estimate but assured me that it would be under a certain amount and that he would call us with the specific cost, which he never did. When I had showed up to retrieve the watch not only did he charge me double then what I had expected to pay but he had also shifted the date dial to the right, leaving a glaring gap and making it very difficult to read the date. When I pointed it out the owner said he would fix it for me however when I showed back to to retrieve the watch again, it was still shifted over. When I pointed this out again, the owner attempted to tell me that it was like that to begin with and is impossible to fix, then processed to insult me saying I know nothing about watches and my watch isn't worth the time. I've since taken the watch to another shop, where the dial was fixed without much problem. I was extremely disappointed with this establishment and regret ever bringing my watch there because it was nothing but a headache.
