About Wayne Animal Shelter
Wayne Animal Shelter is a very clean shelter where the animals are taken such good care of. The cats are sweethearts and the staff is very helpful. They humanely help with feral cats, including trapping and fixing them. The shelter also temporarily houses lost animals until their owners are located. The adoption process requires submitting an application and an appointment to see the animals. There is a wait of about a week, and they generally do not allow same-day adoptions as they screen adopters very well. While some find the wait a little annoying, it is worth it for a lifelong commitment. The animals are happy and healthy, and the shelter is recommended for adopting a little cutie. People are happy to adopt from them again.

I absolutely love the Wayne Animal Shelter! The staff is amazing and the new management is incredible! I do a lot of donation drives and I always give everything to Wayne. I always recommend to who ever is looking for a pet, to go to Wayne!

The Wayne Animal Shelter is wonderful! The animals are happy and well cared for, the facility is clean, and the staff is always kind and attentive. I love donating here knowing the animals are in such good hands.
