I was very happy with the service I received at Wayne Ford for my car's steering repair. They were polite, responsive and reasonably priced and the quality of the work was top notch. I will definitely continue to use their service department.

I didnt buy a vehicle here but had my 2017 Explorer serviced here. I had a water leak into my vehicle at multiple places and had scheduled an appointment to get it repaired. Paid over couple of hundred bucks and it was good for an year and problem started again, I was told the warranty is only for an year so I paid over couple of hundred bucks again. Even after the second time, it was good for an year or so but started water leakage again at exact spots which were repaired. when I called in, I was told warranty expired as it was over an year ago and they asked me to pay again over $200 bucks for another service. looks like they want to do this every year on a repeated basis. I would never get my Ford serviced here ever again.

I want to thank Wayne Ford service team for good job they do. Their rep even called me on the phone to remind that my car is overdue for maintenance (I totally forgot!), and when I came earlier than appointed time, they took me right away. In half an hour all was done, and nice young associate thoroughly explained me every position in the report list. Very friendly and helping atmosphere and minimal waiting time, high quality of professional team members - all that is Wayne Ford!

This place is a rip off. I don't trust them anymore. I realized they messed my Car's AC by the end of spring, and it was magically "repaired" after dropping it off for another safety recall. It turns out that the AC works now, but the heating system is not working anymore. Only half of the car heats. The other half only blows the coldest air. How convenient now that winter is coming. I refused to believe it but this is just obvious. Additionally, my car was just there in the garage, and 3 days after, it breaks down. I paid 1.7K for it to be fixed. They gave me the most ridiculous excuse to avoid holding themselves accountable. I fortunately declined the battery replacement for almost 200. I checked, and my battery had plenty of juice to keep running. I've been a loyal customer for years, but not anymore. Very disappointing.

Love the customer service attitude!!Fast communication; good advice on all aspects related to a) choosing a certain model and b) the administrative aspects such as purchase price, lead time, add-ons available in terms of service choices etc etcIn my case the GM Justin Wainwright got involved in communicating and he is an excellent ambassador for the service attitude of his organization.I particularly enjoyed the detailed knowledge of the car and its functions explained by Michael Williamson, the person who led the sales for the two cars I chose. Cars get more and more complex and technology can be confusing at times. It matters to fully understand as learning during driving may not be the best solution.The after sales support and communication was as good as before the sales contracts were signed - and that matters even more as it shows the commitment to customer service.It makes all the difference!!I can wholeheartedly recommend Wayne Ford. I will definitely buy again if the situation arises.

Only leaving 1 star because we have to.We needed to have our car fixed due due to damaged wires and fuse box. Took over a month to fix. While it is understandable that it took a while for parts to come in it was beyond unacceptable to not get a call back. We called our service advisor multiple times a week and would not hear back for a few days later. Left multiple voicemails with the service managers and never once received a call back. Finally was told the car was ready and when we went to pick it up the car wasn't ready or the paperwork. The car was disgusting on the inside with gloves and tools. This Ford dealer is a disgrace. Absolutely horrible customer service and does not care to communicate. I am shocked they still are open.

My 2010 Transit Connect had a component for security that turned out to be unavailable new. They invested many days isolating the problem. When it turned out the vehicle was not repairable, they did the most honorable, they and not charge me.This is the same way at Applicare Inc. I treat my appliance repair customers.

I have bought several Ford vehicles from Wayne Ford and have, therefore, been involved with the dealership for over 10 years. It is easy for me to say, they are always "firing on all cylinders", from Sales to Service, and they really are the best.

I normally don’t do these, but I have to give credit where credit is due. Manny was my sales person and was exceptional. I hate car shopping btw. I traded my lease in and was able to leave out satisfied with my new FORD vehicle. I was given everything I wanted. As a new mom I wanted an SUV to feel safe in for my child & I, it to be easy to ride & with all the cool features for myself. Thanks to Manny’s product knowledge, persistence, patience, & active listening skills I was able to get what I wanted. Thank you once again !! ?

We have been a customer for over 15 years, have purchased quite a few vehicles. NOT ANYMORE. Service department is terrible, sales is worse and finance they don't give you full information. Will not referred anyone and will post on what ever I can to advised consumers. if you ask me the rating I would give 0. The corporate office is even worse. Wanted to buy my daughter a vehicle went with a different dealer.

Extremely professional for the entire car buying experience. Highly communicative, knowledgeable staff and commitment to an excellent experience. Greeted immediately upon entering the dealership. Drove an hour plus each way! 1st time Ford buyer and totally impressed with the entire process. Highly trustworthy, fair and very transparent. Awesome experience and recommend this dealership without any hesitation. Such great service and with attention to detail. No high pressure sales tactics or bait n switch. I will buy my next Ford from Wayne Ford!!!

My experience with Wayne Ford was so wonderful from start to finish. Mike, the salesperson I worked with, was extremely attentive and responsive to my needs. It was my first time ever buying a car, and he made the process very painless. He was very knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. At the end of the day, he got me in the right car for my needs. I am so so happy with my purchase from him and the other folks who helped me drive off in my brand new vehicle. Wayne Ford is the most caring, hardworking, understanding and professional car service place I have ever been too. Not only did they fix my car to run like brand new, but they also were caring of my personal situation. Wayne Ford works with you, and they aren't just about a dollar. I have nothing but respect for Wayne Ford and everyone that works for them. The Manager is a true leader and I thank him with all my heart even though I never had the pleasure of meeting him personally, but you can tell true leadership by the staff that is employed.
