I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Wayne Mazda today. When I initially booked my appointment back in November, I was told that no loaner cars would be available on earlier dates, so I agreed to a later appointment in December to guarantee a loaner. They assured me I’d have one for that day.
However, when I arrived early this morning at around 8 AM, they informed me that no loaner cars were available, and the service would take at least an hour and a half. This was extremely inconvenient, especially since I took time off work and could have gone to a closer dealership. It felt like a deliberate tactic to keep me there, possibly to push me into looking at new cars or trading in my vehicle.
In the end, I left without any service completed, feeling misled and frustrated. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered shady practices with them, and it’s clear that their priority is more about sales than genuine customer care.
Because of this, I will no longer be doing business with Wayne Mazda and strongly recommend considering other dealerships for a more reliable experience.

Purchasing a car can often be a stressful experience, but at Wayne Mazda, the experience was exceptional. I Was greeted by Juan Giraldo upon my arrival. He is one of the most professional sales associate I have met. He listen attentively, understanding my needs and preferences without pushing for a sale. The process was transparent, with clear explanations of pricing, features, and financing options. It was not just about making a sale; it was about building a relationship and ensuring I drove away not just with a new car, but with a sense of confidence and satisfaction. This is the kind of experience that turns buyers into lifelong customers. I highly recommend that if you are in the market for a vehicle. You must visit this dealer. While I did not get to deal with other associates, I did witness their level of experience and professionalism.

I am not the person to normally post a review but this place has been horrible. I've dealt with them for years as I purchased a used car and got a package with free oil changes and car wash up to 100,000 miles. I just got my last one and am honestly happy to not go back. First off, there's no appointment availability for at least 8 months out. Secondly, when they call to say it's ready and I ask if it was washed, they always say yes when it never was. Then the excuse is that many cars need to be washed. That's different, a customer should not be lied to. Then they offer to wash it another day, but they do not realize how much of a hassle it is to organize getting to and from work on those days. They constantly lie about maintenance required and even caught them on 2 specific lies about what my car has/needs. They try to take advantage of you and are anything but friendly. Would NEVER recommend, not even to an enemy.

They are a disaster,
Any questions you have, ask and I will tell you my whole story with them,
They are going to give you so much headaches not sure how they are still in business
