This is to write an outstanding review for Wayne Tire & Service where I purchased and installed 4 Goodyear tires.
I searched for a top dealer of tires and received a tremendous recommendation of Wayne Tire & Service. I contacted the Owner and the Sales pro “Mike”. The price I got was very good and included balancing and taxes. I knew that this was a very good deal. We made preparations as 4 tires might need to be pre-ordered and set the day and time.
On arriving at the dealer I was greeted personally and advised on the process and timing. They took my car immediately and I waited in the clean and comfortable lounge area.
While there, I also experienced the top customer service provided by the team. Another customer came in wanting tires and they discussed tire grades and costs, suggesting where a few dollars more gained a much higher tire. The courtesy and support were great.
My car was promptly serviced and returned to me in less than the suggested time. The car handled very well and the staff did a first rate job.
Wayne Tires & Service provides more than tire sales and service. Now that I know the quality of the business I will bring my car for more care. Thanks all for your help and service.

Have been bringing my car here for almost 10 years, always treated very well and always well-informed and guided through next steps for my car repair if needed. Excellent service and everyone is very nice, knowledgeable, and honest. Would highly recommend!

Jeff and Mike are AMAZING. I visited their shop for the first time a couple of weeks ago and right away realized they are more focused on the customer and doing a great job, versus money. They diagnosed my van, filled my tires with air, referred me to who can fix my van's major issue, and did it all for free. I went back to them this week as my tire was still leaking air, they took the time to really inspect the tire, and I opted to swap out all 4 tires. I spent hours looking for the best deal on a specific set of tires, and they beat every local and online tire shop, plus charged me a minimal amount for install/balance. Highly recommend and will always come back. Bonus... they are one of the verrrry few shops that have a bay big enough to fit a high roof van.

Wayne Tire Service helped so much when I rolled in with a flat tire. Since it was time for two new tires, they ordered and installed them quickly and charged a reasonable amount.

Wayne Tire is the best! I have been using Wayne Tire for many, many years and they are always friendly, professional and honest. They have taken my of many of our cats and my kid's cars and now that I no longer live in Wayne, I still drive my cars back to them for service. They are that good and honest - I wouldn't trust my cars to anyone else. Thanks Jeff and Mike for so many years of great service.

This is my second time at this facility and everyone is so nice and helpful. My car, rhonda, was making a weird noise to me. I called for an appointment and took her to get checked out. They checked my car over and they said she was okay. They didn’t charge me for looking at her! I appreciated it so much because other places would just wanna charge you for just coming in I feel. I will definitely be back. Thank you guys for everything! :)
