I’m not one to leave reviews, but after today’s experience I felt the need to.
The manicure quality has been lacking for years, so much so that I only go for pedicures. Honestly, those could be much better too, but the salon is close to home and convenient.
On my last pedicure appointment, Grace double charged my credit card and did not reverse the charge. Instead she issued me a gift card. Ok fine. I later get a text from my credit card (which I use for everything) that I’ve been double charged and press 1 to dispute. So, I do. Not reviewing any info. when the email me explaining the claim was denied and I could call to reopen, I see it’s for the salon, so I don’t (because I have the gift card).
Today I go to use the gift card and Grace tells me that I called to dispute and they charged her a fee so she’s taking it off my gift card. Forcing me to pay for her error and accusing me of trying to get over on her. If I didn’t have to return to work, I would not have left. It was a terrible accusation and horrible business practice. The convenience is not worth the crappy work and even crappier attitude.

I’ve been getting my manicures & pedicures here for YEARS. Now I’ve just been regularly going for their gel pedicures because it is full service which I love. They’re very friendly and the pedicure always makes me feel refreshed. My pedicures also always look very nice and lasts a long time!

I went in hoping to fix my eyebrows. She worked on my eyebrows for two min and when I looked at myself nothing changed . I went to pay with my credit card and she pointed to the atm and told me to use it so I could tip her since they can’t accept tip on credit card. First of all who said I wanted to tip you ? I’m already paying four dollars more than I normally would to get my eyebrows done and I’m not satisfied with how they came out . I felt very forced to tip. Will not be returning
Update: I shouldn’t have returned but I only did because it’s the closest to my house and kids. I had to return 3 times to fix a nail issue. You know what Grace told me ? Regular nail polish comes off. After an hour though ??? I paid 50$ for a pedicure !! Don’t charge that much if it comes off after 1 hour

Very satisfied with my experience here! Grace and Diana do a great job. More recently have been going to Grace and I have been very happy with the my nails. She works efficiently and the end product is always lovely :)

The pedicure was wonderful. The woman took time and effort. It was very clean and not a loud salon. The woman who did my nails was rushing through, unfortunately I was a few weeks behind on my fill due to being on business trips and the manicurist didn't like the design and told me they don't do chrome nails., which I found odd since chrome is a essential in salons. She said a French manicure is nicer on me anyway. I had dust on my hands from the fill and instead of wiping off or washing she put moisturizer on the dust particles and rubbed it into my skin. Definitely will not be back.

I came here twice because my first time was an okay experience. The second time around is a big disappointment. You can see in the picture what a shabby job they did. I could have painted it better myself at home. They also skimped out on the foot massage. I got passed on to another nail tech for my manicure and it seemed like she just didn’t want to be there. She kept looking around while doing my nails slowly and everything she did made it seem like such a chore. It didn’t make me feel good given that this is a service industry so I ended up changing my mind midway and only got a cleaning done. The experience and final product are probably the worst I’ve experienced at a nail salon. Waste of money.

I've been going here for years and never encountered a problem until recently. I got my nails done here in December of last year and I got my acrylic nails removed and got gel nails on. When I recently removed the gel nails I had two nails that were green and blueish in color. I went to the doctor and found out it was a fungal infection. I went back to the nail salon and told the manager/owner about the issue. The man said that it is my problem and not their problem. He was extremely disrespectful and rude and refused to give me my money back. I will never go back here again. They clearly don't clean their utensils well and don't care about problems their customers have.

I love Grace and Diana! They both have done my nails, and do a great job. Always sweet, and Diana is very fast and does an amazing job every-time. I try to request her when I make an appointment. She does a phenomenal job!

I got cut in three different places . It's been three days and I'm still in pain. I hope it's not infected ! The worker never apologized to me and when I told her she hurt me she just put alcohol on it(which hurt even more but I was thankful) I hope someone trains her because what she did wasn't sanitary and I went there to relax and came out feeling tense and in pain till this day :(

I took my Goddaughter here after a day at the mall. I called for a manicure appointment for her and they took her within 10 min. The salon was clean. The staff were friendly. The gel manicure was done neatly and quickly. The prices were reasonable.
