Tbh I'm disappointed been following em for a long time and went in person they price well above tcg no card invintory like they promote they do .. just cause yall paid alot for boxes don't mean yall can hike well above Midian on tcg player prices that yall say yall go by sad I liked the store other than that shame card shops used to be bout the people

Absolute gem of a store. One of a kind. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They've ordered specific comics for me to the shop. They've kept me updated when they arrive. Fun store to walk around and get lost in nostalgia. Wouldn't get my comics from any other shop. Even if I was in a life-threatening situation, I'd still pick Zapp! Comics. Thank you to everyone who works there! Zap to the extreme!!

I have NEVER had a bad experience at Zapp! I can't say enough about how much I love this store. I am a card collector and I travel almost an hour to get to Zapp! rather than go 10 minutes down the road to my local shop because you will never get screwed over on pricing at this shop. My local shop charges a consistent 10-15% over market on most things and they don't keep the store well stocked, but that is never the case at Zapp!

Since I was a kid It's always a great place to visit. Up to date with everything and the staff is very knowledgeable. They have a frequent shopper reward system as well.

Horrible place to go if you want to sell anything. The place is so cluttered and unorganized. I brought 17 old comics and one guy told me they had no interest in them because of them being comic books about serial killers..... a good comic book store would be smart enough to know that there's always a buyer for something and with them being old and out of print they would sell. Aside from that, I brought multiple bags of items from pops to figures to statues and they didn't even have a part of the store to go and put them on a table and look at them. I had to stand with the some guy who looked like he was a sophomore in high school look through my stuff in the front of the store, right at the entrance near the register with people walking around us and wound up offering me $75.00. He didn't even look through all my stuff. He seemed frustrated and annoyed that I brought stuff in to sell. I know places need to make money but to offer $75.00 on stuff that's worth at least $400.00 is ridiculous. I needed this stuff gone in a short period of time so I countered back with $100.00 so I didn't have to lug the stuff back to my truck and to another store and he couldn't even give me an answer. Another guy had to call him and he said he'll do $85.00. Not to mention the place smelled like horrible body odor. Save your time and gasoline and go somewhere else.

Hands down the best comic book store in the Northeast. Every time I go in there is something new, and it's always something I want. The staff is amazing and friendly. They really care about what they do. The events they put on are top notch. There sketch days are fantastic. Always have fun in that store.12/24/23 I've been back in Maine since Oct 2019. Every time in NJ for a visit always stop in. Corey and crew are still the best. Still best comic stop around.

Zapp Comics is located in the middle of the Valley Ridge Shopping Center, which is anchored by Whole Foods. Shop is long and narrow but very well stocked and organized. Zapp has a good selection of graphic novels, card game items, toys and collectables, and Pop Vinyl's. Wall book selection was nice. The selection of long and short boxes was fair but very well organized. Some items are not reachable, but the staff are helpful when you want to see something and bring it down for you. Overall, Zapp Comics with absolutely worth a stop and one of the better shops in this part of New Jersey.
