“I have been to this Truist Bank location in West Deptford several times. There is a teller there and her name is Carol and she is great! I have been there while she has had to help people with problems and she always helps them. I have had no problems since BB&T changed to Truist. The change was easy. I also use the branch in Mullica Hill and going there has worked well too. The tellers there are also good and I’m sure they could help with any problem but as I said initially Carol is exceptional.”

“Great Location, Great Staff.. Google has incorrect Hours currently (11.2.19). For those who didn't realize it at first, the hours are supposed to be "9:00AM - XX:00PM" (PM not AM). I should have caught on to this typo using basic common sense but just thought "wow what an amazingly convenient, nearly 24hour bank this is!" I choose to believe that I'm not the only one, thus why I wrote the review and suggested the edit”

“I recently visited Columbia Bank in Washington Township to apply for a loan and had a truly pleasant experience. I had the pleasure of meeting Carly, who was incredibly friendly and guided me through the online application process. “I needed a banker with local branches. My mother and mother-in-law have been very satisfied with Chase so I selected them. It turns out the Personal Banker I opened the account with was a neighbor of mine! Because I already had a Chase Amazon Visa, opening the checking account was very easy. Sergio gave me a tour of the account's features and benefits and I made my initial deposit with the app I installed on my phone. Very smooth and painless process all around. I also appreciate that the Premier Plus checking account is fee free to veterans and other applicants!”

“I have come here to make changes to my initial review, as the experience was something I was immensely upset and hurt about, but when I tell you that Firstrust Bank truly cares about their customers and community, they definitely do. After my initial experience, I came to google to express to the community what went on. I’d received a response from the leadership team at the bank. To my surprise, I was contacted by the company’s Executive Vice President, Ms. Sharon Hammel, and she’d sincerely expressed her apologies to me, on behalf of the bank, for my experience, but assured me she would investigate and make it up to me. This isn’t something that happens everyday, where you get this type of call, but a part of me felt it would still be swept under the rug and nothing would happen. Within less than 48 hours, I’d received a follow up call from Sharon, and this time she stated due to the way things were miscommunicated and misconstrued, the bank is now revamping its processes and procedures to assure what happened in my case, won’t happen again to me or any other customer for that matter. Implementing preventative measures alone was something that showed me that they were serious about making this right. Sharon provided me with a genuine apology on behalf of Firstrust, this branch location, and just as a human being in general. She turned the matter around and provided me with a positive outcome and for that, I am so grateful. Thank you so much, Sharon.
I reentered this branch location after Sharon was able to turn things around and smooth over the situation, I was greeted and assisted by Noel and additionally assisted by Kelly. The welcoming feeling I was provided showed me that this company truly cares. I am grateful for all that Sharon has done for me, and the positive energy I’d received from Noel and Kelly when coming back to visit, and their helpfulness. Thank you ladies.
I have already referred my family members to become members of the bank, and I will continue to refer people here. This is a great company, whose values truly align with those that they state.
