We moved about 45 min away, so haven’t been back since, but after calling half a dozen auto places for my current needs (new tires), and getting runaround and attitude, I called AOK again and Tim was SO nice and upfront and quick about everything. My car had been hit and Tom gave me an estimate and dealt with all the insurance without me needing to get involved. He kept me informed about the progress and even had me take my car to a dealer for an issue that he couldn’t fix. He paid the bill from the dealer and told me not to worry about it, that he would submit it to insurance. They are honest and reliable, and offer affordable prices.
