The entire process was very easy, from visiting the showroom to exploring all of the options with our designer. They are very easy to work with. This was a new construction home and the installation was arranged for the day we moved in. Installer was prompt and quick. Overall a great experience, highly recommend Window Ware.

We recently had Window Ware replace all of the shades in our home. Sharon promptly contacted me after my online inquiry, and scheduled an appointment for Tom to come out and measure and show us samples. We prefer to do business with small businesses that know their stuff versus big box stores, and Window Ware was exactly what we were looking for - professional, prompt, great customer service, and expert advice that helped us get just the right final product (with no high- pressure sales). The installers were friendly and efficient, the shades are a perfect fit, and the whole process was stress-free. There is no substitute for experience. We highly recommended Window Ware.

Window Ware recently provided us with window treatments for both our home and shore house. They have a large collection of window coverings to choose from and Tom made great suggestions for three of the sliding glass doors which was where we needed window treatments the most. Tom, Sharon and the installation team were wonderful. They were knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. Upon installation, we noticed that one of the window treatments for one of the sliding glass doors had a tear on the back side of it. Tom and Sharon immediately ordered a new one from the manufacturer and replaced it without any extra charge. I would never go anywhere else for my future window treatment needs.

Tom and Sharon at Window Ware are the best. My wife and I bought a new house and had them cover all the windows. They bent over backwards to make sure we were happy, you won’t find a company this easy to work with. Tom and his crew clean up after themselves and leave the house cleaner then when they arrived. They are the last of a dying breed. Thank you Tom and Sharon

We had Window Ware put shutters on our living room windows. We loved them so much that we put them on all the windows in the front of the house. The customer service at Window Ware is fabulous. Calls are answered and questions are addressed. They care about their workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

We have used Window Ware many times and have found them very professional. They take great pride in their work and our order of accessories are always on time. We have never experienced any problems with our order and their work. They are very friendly and they do excellent work. They always clean up any material left over. I would recommend them very highly.

Window Ware provided us with shades and drapes. The service and quality was excellent. The process of selecting styles, materials and patterns was easy and thorough. We were kept informed of the manufacturing progress. Installation was very quick, clean, and efficient. We were very pleased with the patio door vertical shade.

We recently bought a new home in Sewell and needed blinds for 16 windows. We met with Sharon from Window Wares for a consultation. She made the experience very easyand answered all our questions without trying to sell us more than what we needed. The store has a very extensive display of all their products. This made it easy to visualize the blinds in our new home. Sharon emailed us a quote the next day and offered for Tom to come out and do measurements a couple days later. We are very pleased with the final product and the service that Sharon and Tom provided. We did get another company to compare, but their service was very disappointing.The best quality about Window Wares is that we are confident they stand by their products and will provide future servicesif needed.

If you are the review and wondering if you should purchase blondes from a local company, the answer is YES. What an easy experience. We walked in, they showed us the different options, went over prices. They came out to measure to make sure it’s perfect and then installed for a beautiful look. The customer service is here is amazing. I was recommended by a friend and I recommend this store to anyone
