My father went to fix his trailer (THIS IS THE LOCATION HE HAD BOUGHT IT FROM) a part that holds the tire broke. When he went to get it fixed they said he needed new breaks which was strange because the breaks were working perfectly fine before taking it there. My father works in landscaping so he carrie’s heavy machinery on the trailer which if you know anything about driving with a heavy attachment you can feel when a trailer has breaks or when they’re malfunctioning. When they were done with it they wrote on the receipt that he “need breaks” as if he never had any. My father drove all the way to cedarville wondering what was wrong because the trailer was not breaking as it should, he drove with extra care. When he got home he checked the trailer and noticed that THEY HAD REMOVED THE BREAKS AND CUT THE BREAK WIRES!! ?We will NEVER be coming back here. Especially when they do not want to take responsibility over the situation. Please DO NOT bring your business here!! THEY MAY AS WELL BE SCAMMERS ?

Never been here before, I'm glad I went here! Steve hooked me up with a trailer plug and a ball&hitch without any issues, and treated me with respect since I'm not familiar with all the "trailer lingo." Saved this place to my favorites to go back again, their store seemed to have future parts and things I've been looking for!

Franklin Trailers saved us when the suspension on our camper tire broke a few hours into our trip. We couldn’t find anyone else nearby that had the time or the parts we needed. They managed to get everything fixed in less than two hours so we were back on the road and able to make it to our first destination on time. We worked with Sean and he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We would have been in big trouble without the awesome people at Franklin Trailers! Thank you!

Bought 5x10 trailer and got tags with the service and not a bad deal. Tractor supply had the same deal but no tags. Great to get it like that ,and save a trip to dmv

This place was awesome. The service was excellent, and as I’m sure it isn’t always this way, but they were able to take care of the fenders on my trailer well before the timeline they set. I would recommend them to any & everyone!
