Poor quality and customer support will not assist you. I had a 3-in-1 diesel gauge break in less than 1 year and instead of replacing their failed part they bs'd me about testing the EGT probe's output. Every sensor on the gauge was failed and the gauge just flashed. I parked the truck and didn't mess with it for a long time because it wasn't a priority. When I got back to it, i just ordered another EGT sensor. After installing it, the gauge was still broken in the same way. This shows that the tech support is both incompetent and the company is not willing to do the honorable thing in replacing their garbage product. The wiring is verified and there is no reason for it to be broken other than the gauge itself has failed. Too expensive for junk. I will never buy from them again and I will make sure anyone else I know that messes with cars/trucks steers clear too.

About 2 1/2 years ago I bought a fuel pressure gauge and sending unit from them. (They only have a one year warranty), it went out about 14 months after purchase, so I bought another one. I ended up having problems with that one approximately 3-4 months after I bought it. They sent me a new sending unit, that fixed the problem for maybe 2 months. The unit started screwing up again, the pressure gauge would peg at 100 psi and then sometimes it would only read 80 psi, sometimes 90 psi, then it would peg at 100 psi. So I called them, they wanted me to send them the fuel pressure sending unit to check it out. They said it would take them 10 days after receiving it to check it out. I told them that is not good enough because I cannot drive the car without this. I told them to send me a whole new unit (because it is under warranty) and I will send them back the other one that is not working, they told me they could not do that. So I told them to keep their junk. (now remember this is the 3rd failure with this fuel pressure gauge in 2 1/2 years) I will go buy some other company's products considering that 3 times in 2 1/2 years I have had failures with this company's product and they make it so difficult to get things done under warranty.

I bought a 5 gauges. all the parts/kits to install them. the banjo bolt I got was incorrect. I was told what to order by them and it was wrong. they wouldn't help me out and make it right. Plus through my communications with them it is clear they aren't listening to what I was saying.

Customer service is horrible had my gauges for a year and a half and had been working fine until I noticed a small drop in fuel pressure then found the fuel pressure sensor was leaking. it's now out of warranty so I order a new sensor and when I install it my gage now reads 0. I call them and they have me go through a test to check for power ground and signal coming from the sensor it had no signal so I send it back and reinstall the leaking sensor which is still reading on the gauge. now I get an email saying they tested it and it's working for them but thats all they say nothing in the way of any sort of resolution or next step. now I am waiting for a response again while they have my money and part and i have a truck i cant drive because anyone who knows 24v cummins knows they should not be driven with low fuel pressure

Good luck if you utilize the free shipping. Going on 2 weeks since I ordered it and I'm still waiting. Last order I will ever place with them. Customer service offered no solutions other than blaming me for not upgrading.UPDATE: Still haven't received my part and it's going on 4 weeks now.

I ordered my part 2 weeks ago and still have not received it. Now, that's not necessarily my complaint. UPS can suck and I get it. What I'm mad about is that I contacted GlowShift and the F's given were zero. I was offered no solution and was told I should have upgraded my shipping and not done the "FREE" shipping. That makes me so MAD. Nice job GlowShift, not only did you not have any sympathy for a paying customer but you blamed it on me as well. Proud customer here that will NEVER order from there again.

Both green needle should be at well over 100 psi but glowshifts quality had decreased over the years and customer support is worse than their product. 250 bucks for half working gauges and one of these is a replacement that failed within weeks. Now I’ve gotta have two empty holes while they send “new” replacement. Sorry for being loyal I guess. Time to find a new gauge dealer

Happy with mine. Have had EG Pressure and Boost gauges for about 6 months and no issues yet and plan on getting some more soon. They look and perform great, can't complain. Just reading through and based on the fact there are only 9 reviews at the time of writing shows that it's almost exclusively the unhappy people leaving reviews resulting in a skewed rating on Google. You're always going to make some people unhappy in business

Disappointed! Bought 4 gauges wired as instructed using soldier and heat shrink. One gauge only when headlights are on flickers between 2 colours. They want me to tear the wiring apart and rewire before honoring warranty. Why would 3 work perfectly they share the same wire? Obviously a defective gauge.
