First time going there today. Everyone was very friendly. But I don’t really trust this place though and doubt I’ll go back. After the girl came out and said that I needed a tire rotation when I have 4 brand new tires not even a month old. So that turns me off to this place now. Try to scam me with all these things I “need”.

Rt- 73, Voorhees, NJ (3rd time at this location): Went on a late morning Friday for oil change and tire rotation and was several cars back in line. Total time at shop was not fast but that was okay since I was not in a hurry (and I let them know that so they could prioritize other customers). I would not want to sacrifice quality and thoroughness for speed. Terrell L, Robert H, Jacob B, and Brett K did a great job, paid attention to every detail, and checked everything multiple times. They were all very professional and answered every question I had. They even took the time to clean off smudges introduced onto my black paint by the shop fender protectors.

First..GO to Website. Enter vehicle info to get Estimate. Then search for Coupons! This location, is really nice. Very Clean,great Customer service . Price "Was" Good,till I made a Huge Rookie mistake. Bought a "Air Filter " needed bad. But, the real cost at a Store,about $7-!0. Ouch..$30..My Bad. BUT,All went GREAT. WILL RETURN

Great experience today! I've visited quite a few locations over the years, and I usually leave disappointed. The guys here are more professional and attentive. Plus the shop is clean making it comfortable to wait inside. The other Jiffy Lubes give the name a bad rep

i went there for an oil change everyone outside hanging out, i was going to park but since no one came to me i decided to leave. i never been there before. i also tried to call and some guy picked up and told me, yea yea we do oil change, but couldnt give me price and was very hard to understand. seems a bit guetto.
