I kept on putting off calling someone to get a ramp installed. I just had a lot of anxiety about it. From making the appointment and up to the installation it was a good experience. Neil who was the sales consultant with lifeway mobility was very knowledgeable and he made me feel very comfortable. It was a relief to know that I was finally getting what I have needed. Drew the technician who came to install the ramp was also great and he explained everything to me and the end result was wonderful and stress free. I just wish I would have done this sooner. This company is great to work with and it took all my anxiety away. Thank You!!!

We had an Elan SRE-3050 stair lift installed today by Technician Drew Rapp and the whole process went flawlessly and the unit looks and operates perfectly. From no pressure sales with Neil Edwards, who was personable and knowledgeable, to installation by Drew the whole process was stress free.

Installation team did an outstanding job. They completed everything as planned and thoroughly explained the features and functions of the chairlift. I recommend from the sales cycle thru installation. Josh, Shane and Drew were very competent and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. I am very happy that I selected Lifeway Mobility for this project.

Drew and Steve were amazing. They were very professional during install. We ran into a small problem after they left. But we called them and they came right back and resolved issue. Highly recommend Lifeway Mobility and it was a pleasure working with their staff.
