I have been coming here for over a year and I never have issues with my nails. I have been to other places so I know what to compare it to. Nina is the best. She's gentle, caring, and never cuts me. My gel manicures last over a month. I never have to wait and I'm in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend to come here. Other places don't massage your back with hot stones like Pink does too.

Went there 2 days a ago for a simple old fashion manicure and fix what would be a small crack one one nail. Crack is back. Worst part is that she cut me and now my finger is infected! Going back tomorrow to show them. I'm really upset. I have problems with my immune system and my infected finger is concerning.

I've been going to Pink Nails for years. Always leave feelings relaxed and treated well. The place is clean, there is rarely a wait as a walk-in, and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!

This is the most bizarre nail salon. I went there about 2 months ago to get a pedicure and again today. The first time I was there I thought the Vietnamese ladies were just training new Spanish employees and that was the reason why I had 2 different ppl work on my pedicure. There was an obvious language barrier.I thought I would give it a 2nd chance today and try it with my mom get today. We asked about eyebrow waxing as soon as we sat down- all the girls were looking confused and it became very uncomfortable because the Vietnamese women we’re trying to communicate with the Spanish ladies - everyone was acting like no one knew what to do with being asked about waxing. We just told them never mind on the waxing. . In the matter of 10 mins from us getting there to us walking out due to the fact my mom had 3 different ppl working on her feet. One girl started and walked away to go work on someone’s nails , the next girl started - she didn’t know about having acrylic on the toes or how to handle it- got up and walked away, the 3rd girl sat down and started to text and not work on my mom’s feet. I said for the ladies to stop working- we were living immediately. As we’re walking out another lady who had been waiting to get her nails done, walked out. She said she was so uncomfortable and had been waiting to get her nails done - had an appointment- but the person was not there to take care of her. She said they treated her poorly. She said he decided to leave once heard/saw us leaving, she spoke to us outside - she was appalled at what just transpires, she couldn’t figure out the dynamic of situation or why the heck no one seemed to know what is goingThe customer service was atrocious! I am starting to question if the Spanish women are even licensed and professionally trained.The store lost over $400 worth of business by 3 customers get up and walk out .DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Tell me how this lady couldn’t add the tip on to my credit card and I told her I would need to go to the ATM . So when I payed and got ready to go she said to me you make sure you go get my tip and bring it back . I was floored . Will never go back .

my friend and i attended pink nails to get acrylics done. my friend had a woman who i cant recal the name of. i had jenny and she did a very questionable job. my friend was done way before me and Jenny was still glueing the nails on. once my friend was done jenny stopped working on me and had me continue with the other woman. jenny then proceeded to go in the back and make food while this poor woman finished my nails. i am writing this review because not even a week went by and 7/10 nails had FALLEN off. if you are going to pink nails to get acrylics done be prepared to have your nails fall off if you get done by jenny!! this is unacceptable the way she decides to half a** the job, throw it on another worker, go and make food while costumers are there, and expect to get paid for it. she also charged me more than what was on my slip. if i never checked my bank statement i wouldn’t have known she stole money from me. and she expects me to give her a tip?!?!? please the poor girl who finished my nails will get my money not you lazy person! i’m never going again this is rancid.Service: Acrylic nails

At the end I am completely pleased.One thing to note there is a language barrier between the clients and the employees therefore much grace and patience is required to transact business ???

What a completely luxurious experience for a great price. The spa mani pedi is incredible, culminating with a hot stone massage. Jenny, the owner, was super accommodating to our party of five. She is always welcoming, and my technician, Kate, was awesome. So warm, friendly, and of course, talented!Services: Spa services
