I took my laptop in for repair because the screen was failing, sometimes it would turn off. They charged me $400 to buy a new screen, but if it didn't work, they would return the screen and give me my money back. Two months later, after insisting so much, they returned my laptop. The worst thing is that they returned it to me in worse condition and the screen did not work. The person responsible for the repair did not want to talk to me. And they didn't give me my money back. I then took my laptop to Best Buy's repair service, and they confirmed that the screen is no good.

I had been sitting on a broken Xbox one s with a broken hdmi port for quite a long time when I happened to find the quick fix shop. I thought at first they only repaired cell phones but was overjoyed when I found out they repair gaming consoles too. The guys at the shop repaired it in such a timely matter. I was so happy to bring it home and power it back up again and it worked. I then had a software issue where the xbox wouldn't update. I tried everything I could on my own to get it to update to no avail. I called quick fix back up and they said to bring it in, they can fix it. I was so happy because my only other option was to send it to Microsoft for repair. The guys at the shop really helped me out and were so pleasant and friendly. They even were able to help me price out some prices for other repairs to electronics I have with no pressure at all. Highly recommend quick fix.

A Place You Can..TRUST!! Customer service.. Outstanding! I wouldn't even Search for Any other place . From the smallest to more serious..They "Got It" ! An if its Too much..They would say so.. Which is comforting. Nice also!

They fixed my son's phone with a cracked screen in two days for the price that was quoted over the phone prior to me dropping it off. The price was less than the insurance deductible I would have had to pay Asurion. This quick turn around was surprising because they even had to order a new screen. I will definitely return if I ever need other computer or phone repairs.

Definitely the place to go if you need your phone fixed and/or repaired!!!I walked in not expecting the outcome I had that's for sure! I had disabled my iPhone that I had promised to give my daughter so I went in to get pricing on getting the iPhone back in working order and the price... Well to my surprise he explained the process and he would do the reset for free and it would be ready in about 2 ,2.5 hours which had he said tomorrow, I'd have still said yes! I actually didn't get there until the next day and they did exactly what he said and my daughter was a happy girl !!! Thank you sooooo much !!!

Had my xbox look at by the other repair shop near tmobile, what a joke. They took in my console, which had a damaged hdmi port from taking a fall while plugged in, had it back to me repaired withing 24 hours. It sat at the other shop for a week before i picked it up frustrated. Thanks so much once again for a great experience!
