Worst customer service ever. Ordered a single, small item on line for pick up. It never occurred to me that they would close at 7:00. Drove a distance to get the item in Berlin because that was where it was available. Arrived about 7:03. Lights on, two women behind the counter. I tried to speak with them. Heard one say, "We're closed." I tapped. Nothing. Waved. They ignored me. Tried to call the store. They would not pick up. Finally wrote and held up a note asking to just pick up my on line order. They didn't even have to let me in. just pass it out. The woman closer to the door turned to the other who shook her head. The first person shook her head. I called out to cancel my order and walked to my car. They would not even come to the door (3 feet) to explain. I can not imagine someone coming a moment after hours, only to pick something up and refusing to give it to them. I called Sally customer service to ask for help. The two women in the store left while the phone was ringing. The man on the phone did ask for a description of them and said he would report it. That didn't do anything to get me the order. He said he would cancel my order. It hasn't happened, yet. Told me to reorder and I'll get it in 3-5 days. If I wanted to do that, I'd have used Amazon. Suggested they deliver it. (A feature shown on the website.) He said they don't actually do that. Overnight it. He declined. I pointed out I'd have to pay for shipping and not get the item quickly. He offered me a $5.00 coupon to apply toward shipping. Which starts at $5.95. I gave up. Never again, Sally.

Terrible this time around. Sign on door said 235 will reopen it was after 3 and I called and major attitude! Last time they were overly friendly. I asked family member if they wanted to wait till they decide to reopen? They said no way within that attitude! Never again

Staff is wearing masks - no gloves but they are very helpful and I didn't feel weird or unsafe. Staff greets you as soon as you come in. It must be a thing because I was mid conversation during checkout and she stopped to greet someone who was walking in. No complaints about the store itself. They carry quite a bit of product, considering it's one of the smaller Sally's locations. The reason why I'm giving 3 stars instead of 4, is because the prices for the same products are cheaper online. Just be careful about that. Totally understand they are a store front and have to pay rent - lord knows we don't need more places going out of business and more jobs lost, but just check your prices, especially on higher priced items.

Rude service the first time I went. The last time I was there the transaction took a very long time bc the cashier was talking so much about random things and there were other people waiting in line. One customer in line left and said she would come back. It was strange. Bizzare behavior.

I tried to order a product twice, a product that was clearly in stock and both times my order was cancelled without any notification. They, then, had the audacity to send a survey asking to rate my purchase. Seriously? I would rate them negative 1000 stars if I could.

Many new product lines and of course the tried and true ones also. The store is always a little overwhelming - there's a lot of product in a relatively small footprint - but it's well kept and the staff is friendly.

I went in and from start to finish the cashier helped me! I wish I would have gotten her name! She has pretty blue hair! She helped me pick what I wanted and gave me tips!!
