“Every time I enter the UPS store on Stokes Road in Medford, New Jersey, I’m greeted by a staff that is knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. I used to own a popcorn business and they always assisted me in getting my orders out on time. During the holidays, I frequently ship fragile gifts and occasionally a special family heirloom to my family in California. Last year they packaged and sent three large boxes of Christmas dishes, all arriving in perfect condition. Today I needed to sign and email time-sensitive documents, but I do not have a fax machine. Within minutes, the UPS agent had the paperwork copied from an email on my phone and the signed contracts were sent. He even checked that I had received copies in my email for my records. I appreciate having such a professional team of employees handle all of my important shipping and mailing.”

“This review is based on the wonderful experience I had at the Staples store in Marlton, NJ. I lost a piece of jewelry serval days ago and it was found in the store several days later. When I went to pick it up the staff could not have been nicer. I wanted to leave a small reward or even buy them lunch, they politely refused and said they were happy it was found and to help. This doesn't happen very often in today's world and it just goes to show there are good people all around us. Thankyou again to the Staples staff.”

“I would like to leave a five-star review specifically for Michelle. Her exceptional service truly stood out, and I believe she deserves special recognition for her dedication and professionalism.
I was expecting a package (tracking #7400287136449) while I was on vacation. I contacted FedEx customer support several times to request a "vacation hold" to prevent the parcel from being delivered to an unattended location. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with (whose name I did not catch) informed me that only the shipper (Apple Corporation, in this case) could make such a request. Despite my arguments that a vacation hold would be mutually beneficial, the agent remained firm in their decision.
After several attempts to achieve a vacation hold, I gave up. Imagine my surprise when, after three failed delivery attempts, I received a call from a FedEx employee at the nearest to my place location. This employee, Michelle, kindly asked when I would be able to pick up my package. Her thoughtful and professional handling of the situation was greatly appreciated.
I am very grateful to Michelle for her assistance. I am unsure if her actions align with FedEx policies, but her decision was convenient, reasonable, and considerate. I kindly request recognition of her efforts and would appreciate being informed of any actions taken in this regard.
Additionally, I would like to suggest that placing parcels on vacation hold might be more practical, economical, and environmentally friendly than attempting multiple deliveries. This is not a rhetorical question; I would appreciate a response from the management on this matter.

“The first couple times I visited this location in 2023-2024 were awful. The staff seemed irritable and not very pleasant. My experience was so bad, I didn't think I would go here again. Fast forward to 2025 and seems like everything changed for the better. Now the staff seems very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I don't know what changed, but keep up the great work! :)”

“The Barrington Post Office is the best in the area. Postmaster Yulia and clerks Lisa and Jiovette are outstanding in performing their duties, as expected, with knowledge and customer relations. They are so even tempered with their friendliness, courtesy, and understanding with ALL patrons. They never get rattled with disgruntled customers. I wish there was a method for other postmasters and clerks to watch and learn their methods in fulfilling expected customer relations. I go to this Post Office at least 5 days a week, so I have the opportunity so see their interactions with customers. THE BEST.”
