“This Staples store staff went out of their way to coerce the cash register checkout terminal to price match the in-store sale on 2 office chairs that weren’t in stock but had to be ordered. The online price was higher than the store sale price. So it took some time to get the price match, and in the end they achieved the end result. The entire staff was patient and so kind during this process.”

“I reserved PO box for this location online. I went on Saturday June 6 to pick up the key. I forgot to print my online application. My man Corey greet me with a smile and helped me fill up paper copy, without any questions. When it came to deliver the key, he hand it to me quietly and told me my Box number very quietly. Told me instructions and everything. He easily gets 5/5.”
“Basic service in person. They don't answer the phone and can be rude. They always open on time. Undeserved by the postman, however. Constantly getting the wrong ppl's mail and / or having my mail hand delivered by my neighbors or across town when a Signature was required.”
“I wanted to say that for the last 14 years I've been going to UPS Store on Springdale Rd. Since the Springdale Rd UPS store was sold about a year or so ago, their rates have jumped up considerably. I asked why, and the employee told me their rates go up every January. I have always used the UPS estimator and its always within a dollar more or less. However, the Springdale UPS Store is alway $5 to $10 more then the estimate that UPS gives you online. I got tired of them over charging me everytime I went in with a package. I have a small craft business and every
dollar counts. I thought I'd give the Chewslanding Rd. UPS a try. We'll I was pleasantly surprised, what do you know, everytime I've gone to Chewslanding Rd. UPS store they have either met the same UPS estimate or was less than the estimate. Thank you for not taking advantage of your customers. From now on UPS Chewslanding Rd. Today I visited the chewslanding UPS store and I am very satisfied with the service I received. Kaitlyn waited on me and was pleasant and very helpful. I will never go back to the Springdale Rd UPS. They are overcharging their customers and should be ashamed, especially with all the high cost these days it's nice to know that at the UPS store on chewslanding rd Clementon they are keeping their prices reasonable & honest! “I would like to leave a five-star review specifically for Michelle. Her exceptional service truly stood out, and I believe she deserves special recognition for her dedication and professionalism.
I was expecting a package (tracking #7400287136449) while I was on vacation. I contacted FedEx customer support several times to request a "vacation hold" to prevent the parcel from being delivered to an unattended location. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with (whose name I did not catch) informed me that only the shipper (Apple Corporation, in this case) could make such a request. Despite my arguments that a vacation hold would be mutually beneficial, the agent remained firm in their decision.
After several attempts to achieve a vacation hold, I gave up. Imagine my surprise when, after three failed delivery attempts, I received a call from a FedEx employee at the nearest to my place location. This employee, Michelle, kindly asked when I would be able to pick up my package. Her thoughtful and professional handling of the situation was greatly appreciated.
I am very grateful to Michelle for her assistance. I am unsure if her actions align with FedEx policies, but her decision was convenient, reasonable, and considerate. I kindly request recognition of her efforts and would appreciate being informed of any actions taken in this regard.
Additionally, I would like to suggest that placing parcels on vacation hold might be more practical, economical, and environmentally friendly than attempting multiple deliveries. This is not a rhetorical question; I would appreciate a response from the management on this matter.

“Nellie the owner is always helpful and knows you when you stop on through. You can drop off your FedEx or UPS stuff or even rent a mailbox. You can even get paperwork notarized there is a fee. They offer other svcs also so stop by and check them out! Customer is always outstanding ??”

“Good evening Google family. I visited to make copies after my incredible workout ? at the Edge Fiitness club in Cherry ? Hill. I liked that the copy machines are self serviced, but of course you can ask for assistance if needed. I was in and out super fast. I loved that. They have more than one copy machine. A big place. A Staples associate greeted me today and I thought that was super nice. Good night Family and don't forget to workout, be healthy, fit and Fabulous especially for people over 50 years of age.
An update to the previous review: I visited on Dr. Martin Luther King's actual birthday, which is today. Venessa, who is the Print and Marketing Production Supervisor, assisted me with my questions. I wanted to know about products utilizing my logo and Venessa explained, showing me on the computer how I could access the website at home and select my Staples products and services. Also I could have selected the products right there on the self serve computer that they had, which was sitting right beside me. I received good, valuable and helpful information from Venessa. I will access the website on my laptop and select the services and products that I need. I had a good experience here today. I was happy that my questions were answered. Now its full stream ahead!!! Have a good night, workout and be active and mobile especially for people over 50 years of age.”
