She took care of all of my wedding florals and truly exceeded my expectations with both her communication and the quality of her work. I needed a beautiful cake for an important birthday. Reena in the bakery department was so helpful. Colors, decorations, etc. Could not have come out better! Reena is a total Rockstar! Thank you for your help! Would highly recommend!

If a sign says $2.99 and the robot says $3.99 I shouldn't have to wait 10 minutes for a "price check" only to be told I failed to "load the digital coupon". I scanned my old wrinkled keychain ShopRite card before scanning my purchases. Stop the bait and switch.

I would rate this store a zero if it was a choice.
I purchased groceries and when I got home I found a loaf of bread I purchased had been chewed in two places by a mouse (or worse). I returned the bread and received a refund with no issue. The customer support rep acted as if this was no big deal. After reading other reviews it seems this store has a rodent problem. I used to think this store was great. Now I think the word disgusting fits better.

We have to share about the wonderful staff at ShopRite in Berlin. Today a young man with dark hair a beard and glasses went to check for soda which is usually stocked by their vendor and he returned with a full case…thank you. Another tall young gentleman in the parking lot very courteously loaded our car so he could take the cart back to the store…thank you. And as always our favorite cashier Diana made our morning with her pleasant smile and friendliness…thank you!

I went to Trader Joes Marlton tonight. The kind man helping me find something remembered who I was and that I have 14 kids, well he was close anyway. He opened a register so I didn't have to wait and then proceeded to give me a free bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day and congratulated me for having 13 kids. I stopped at Shoprite Berlin for some things I couldn't get at TJs. At the self checkout my daughter was accused of not scanning her Bai drink, I showed her that she did. That was understandable. Then she saw the toilet paper in the bottom of the cart and asked if we paid for that, we showed her. Then she asked about the 4 pieces of fruit in my cart and I told her it was the free kids fruit. She questioned me on if that was a thing, and I told her it's been there for years. Apparently she had no idea that was a thing there. If all that wasn't bad enough, she then asked a co-worker if they have free kids fruit there.? Do better Shoprite, if you're that afraid of people stealing items maybe discontinue the self checkout. I chose to go to Berlin Shoprite because it used to be much better than Hammonton. On the bright side, she did say, "Happy Mother's Day" after accusing me of trying to steal all this stuff?
