The Music Place is an excellent local music store with great, helpful and genuinely caring staff. Customers are always taken amazing care of and find the people to be kind, honest and good. The store offers a wide variety of instruments and accessories, including used gear that looks brand new. Staff provide helpful service, spending time to go over options and give great prices. They are known for fast and informative repairs, often completing setups like new strings or adjustments in just a few minutes while the customer waits. They talk customers through the process, are open about their work, and are completely honest about what is needed. Many highly recommend this store over big box alternatives for all gear, setup and repair needs, with some relying on it for over ten years. It is consistently described as a pleasure to visit.

Tim and Kenny really aren't trying to make a Mint, although they probably making one. They really have steered me in the right direction 4X as of yesterday, when I payed $500 for a guitar that plays and is built better than some $2,000 guitars.
