Haven’t gotten my mail in 2 days, even though my USPS Informed Delivery says I get mail. There was construction going on in the street, so I can understand a delay, But what ever happened to Nor rain, Nor Sleet, or snow? I guess it’s too hard to get out of the truck to deliver the mail from the sidewalk, on foot, on the one block. The First Lady I spoke to inside was very rude. The 2nd lady wasn’t. Smh.

Unwelcoming and Unprofessional Experience
I walked into the West Berlin Post Office at 118 Walker Ave with a positive attitude and genuine curiosity about pricing for various mailing envelopes. Unfortunately, I was met with a level of rudeness and unfriendliness that was both surprising and disappointing.
The Caucasian, medium-built woman at the counter was extremely curt and robotic in her tone, making it very clear that questions were unwelcome. Her demeanor was unnecessarily harsh, and her lack of basic courtesy made what should have been a simple interaction feel tense and uncomfortable.
It’s disheartening that someone with such poor interpersonal skills is placed in a customer-facing role. This kind of behavior reflects poorly not only on her but on the leadership that allows it. If she’s unable or unwilling to speak to patrons with basic respect, she should not be in a front-line position.
I sincerely hope that management takes a closer look at how customer service is being handled here. A simple smile and respectful tone go a long way—especially in a public service environment.

Very rude. Went in to mail a package and the blonde older lady there was nothing but rude when I asked her a question. Not a friendly environment whatsoever

I send online returns (prepaid labels) using priority mail boxes that USPS sends to me for free. I have never had an issue sending these packages out until I started coming here. Each time the employees were adamant they can’t send it out because it’s priority mail, however they can. Every other USPS in this county has taken them. Please retrain your employees to CORRECTLY do their job. :)

Slow service and RUDE. Sometimes I have to go in there to mail something because my mailman almost never picks up my mail. I mean really....it's your main job! So when I go inside this particular office there is this one employee that looks like someone kicked her in the what what. Blonde, maybe late 40's . .. didn't catch her name because i was shocked at how rude she was...but oh my is she miserable. Change jobs sweetie because you aren't doing anyone any favors. Good grief

They never deliver my packages. They either say it's being held at post office upon request by me or that a redirection agreement was made between me and the post office and forwarded to a different address yet I never requested anything. Just want my packages. Then I make a claim and noone contacts me back and my package never arrives and I then have to request a refund from the place I purchased the item from. Ridiculous. Why can't you people just deliver my packages?

Desiree is a Very unprofessional clerk. I have asked her the reason of why she treats her clients so rude and her response was she doesn't have to talk to me. I also asked assistance with the stamps, she told me "to go figure out myself " and if I don't leave she will call the police. I then asked her to please call the officer so maybe and only maybe then she would try to help. This was not the first time she was so rude to myself and other clients. She should not have a job working with public!!!!

This post office was terrible tried to get money orders they took my money then said the machine was broke and would not give me the money orders gave me the run around for 4 days over a holiday weekend I will never visit them again and I suggest anyone looking for money orders or helpful staff not go there just awful
