Had my groceries delivered to my home and was missing three items which was a substantial amount of money . Reached out to customer service .... No response. Reached out multiple times by e mail..... No response. Worst customer service ever!!!!!

Poor very poor whats going on with the cashiers it's 9:15 pm and there is 1 cashier working ridiculous I won't be coming here anymore!

I usually love this walmart because of great variety but today I had a terrible experience with awful customer service. If I could rate pickup separate I would rate the Walmart overall more than one star but that's not an option.Usually for online pickup you go to the kiosk screen by customer service, enter your code, and your order is brought to you. Today, the screen wasn't working to I stood in the customer service line for well over 30 minutes even though there were only 2 people in front of me. It was finally my turn and I said hello and the employee just walked away from me! I stood there for about 5 more minutes then she came back and I told her I was waiting for pickup and she pointed me to someone else. I waited for him to finish up with another customer who was also clearly having a problem with the pickup service and then he finally came to me and asked for my order information. He walked away then came back and told me that the pickup has been changed to the other side of the store. So I walk all the way across the store and see no signs for the new location and don't know where to go. I asked the greeter and he didn't know what I was talking about so he asked a cashier who told me to go outside and walk around the building. I told an employee outside in the area my order info and he went inside and now I've been waiting for so long I've had enough time to write this review. I am so frustrated with this experience.Walmart really needs to make sure their employees know what they're doing and help customers quicker.Long story short, this walmart is good for shopping on your own, but do NOT order online unless you have over an hour to waste sitting around waiting for the employees to figure out how to do their jobs.

All the money these places pull in and your parking lot is pitch black for over a week. Not a single light on in the parking lot

A kind of old "Wallyworld" but pretty decent. We got what we went for, an extension cord. COVID g lines were properly being followed.
