Place is absolutely filthy. Picked up a bottle of body wash and my hand smelled like feces after holding it. Workers are unhelpful and it’s extremely unsanitary in there. Don’t bring your kids here.

Woman at customer service was super rude. She is the manager and it shows how they train their employees! I tried to return something and she said I couldn’t since I didn’t have the tag only the receipt. I decided to go back and ask for a manger to double check just in case and I didn’t know she was one. She instantly gave me a rude attitude. Not shopping here anymore.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I've been going here forever and spend AT THE VERY LEAST $1,000 per month in this dump. The new 15 items or less for self checkout policy is absurd. They have like two cashiers working there and I'm not waiting for one of them to ring my stuff up. What a joke, I'll drive further to try a different Wally World. If that one sucks too, then I'm out. I can't deal with the checkout experience anymore.

This place is a joke. Spent a ton of $ renovating for
Self check out…. Now half the store is only express lanes. Still 3 only people working. Takes 20 mins just to grab a thing or 2, now we have to wait forever to check out. Nope. Over this. Walmart is garbage.
