If I could give it zero stars I would. I've been going here forever and spend AT THE VERY LEAST $1,000 per month in this dump. The new 15 items or less for self checkout policy is absurd. They have like two cashiers working there and I'm not waiting for one of them to ring my stuff up. What a joke, I'll drive further to try a different Wally World. If that one sucks too, then I'm out. I can't deal with the checkout experience anymore.

This place is a joke. Spent a ton of $ renovating for
Self check out…. Now half the store is only express lanes. Still 3 only people working. Takes 20 mins just to grab a thing or 2, now we have to wait forever to check out. Nope. Over this. Walmart is garbage.

I don’t even want to shop here anymore. I can see the small check out machines for 15 items or less. But now the large belts machines are the same, 15 items are less. I could have been in and out already because there was no one in line for the large belt registers. But now I’m stuck in line waiting for very slow moving cashiers. I love the choice of picking a cashier or self check out!

Ugh the monitors at the self serve are tripping! I was with my mom she had 15 items as the aisle stated. This young boy is acting like he’s the police. We kept saying she had 15 items what’s the problem why are you here? He kept repeating what is the last thing you scanned I said this! I said this dude! Anywhoo! He calls his manager now my mother is upset! I said look the machine stopped at the last thing I scanned so can we pay and be gone and you be gone! Note to Walmart: many years you have cornered the market made the family billionaires so now you are experiencing a theft problem. Don’t take it out on your innocent customers. Also, hey we all reap what we sow! Overall I’ll be back they’re just convenient!

What's the point of the new 15 item rule for all self checkouts when there's never more than 2 cashiers working? Scratching Walmart off my list of places to shop.
