Can't get pricing online, you wait an hour to get anyone on the phone, and now they're charging an extra fee for orders placed offline.

I been on on hold waiting for someone to pick up for 4 hours now and no one answers. carrier honestly has gone to waste. if I didnt need a part for the old carrier unit id never use them. units always have problems and theyre priced like a trane but nothing like trane qaulity and service...
