Can't get pricing online, you wait an hour to get anyone on the phone, and now they're charging an extra fee for orders placed offline.

Very rude employees. The salesperson states that the parts shouldn't be sold to the home owner even if the contractor is buying it. The employee was incapable to type a phone number to sell few copper fitting. Wish Home Depot carried them as their employees are highly trained in customer service and they have a common sense.
The company should train their employees better and show them how to enter the phone number into the system. WE TOOK OUR BUSINESS TO FERGUSON. THEY HAVE A GREAT, HIGHLY SKILLED EMPLOYEES.

worst service ive ever delt with. I been on on hold waiting for someone to pick up for 4 hours now and no one answers. carrier honestly has gone to waste. if I didnt need a part for the old carrier unit id never use them. units always have problems and theyre priced like a trane but nothing like trane qaulity and service is garbage

My furnace igniter went out during the coldest part of winter. I came to this shop 10 minutes before closing (the day before a holiday), and these guys helped me out. My furnace is old and the igniter is hard to find, but the guy behind the counter knew exactly what I needed. I’ll eventually need to get the furnace replaced, but I can do it on my time now. Thanks guys!
