This drive through is a mess. The parking lot is all messed up. I've never been welcomed when I use the lobby at this location. I went in for change from $200. I very specifically told the teller exactly what I wanted. I got less than half the change I needed. TD bank operates one of my stock funds and is a lot closer. Tempted to move my business permanently.

Employees are very helpful and go out of their way to make banking a pleasant personal experience. I think most customers feel as I do about this particular branch. The way Chase credits your account with deposits is sometimes too long but that is not the fault of the employees in W Caldwell.

i opened a new chase banking account three days ago. the following day i made a cash deposit in their drive through atm of $400 only to find out at the same time it took my cash and failed tocredit my account! i immediately went into the branch and spoke to the branch manager. she made a call to chase support but i was told because itwas a new account i would not receive credit fir at least 24 hours however its been going on three days and still no credit applied. i am now told they need 72 hours from the time the atm is serviced or removed if funds to balance account.. basically it is being implied that i am trying to steal $400 from chase.. they have cameras that will show me inserting the funds?? cannot believe the jerk job from chase... go to another bank..
