“Dropped in for 9:30am weekday class. I followed email prompt on website for drop ins. Owner got back to me immediately and gave me all the information I needed to drop in. Made it very easy.
As for the class and facilities…
TOP NOTCH. Temperature today is supposed to hit 100 plus humidity. They had the garage doors closed and the AC was on! I was extremely pleased to have that courtesy today. The space was huge, open, clean, and all quality equipment to train on.
Coach Jake was very welcoming, as well as the members. I felt right at home in this class. Coach Jake went over the warmups as well as workout instruction with a watchful eye. I have not done SDHP in a long time, his instruction hit all the key points for us.
I very much look forward to an opportunity to drop into CrossFit Cedar Grove again.”
“I transitioned to OTF Wayne from my previous gym a few months ago - I needed a more affordable, more rigorous program. Needless to say, the rigor was not too much to ask of OTF. I was intimidated at first but have come to deeply enjoy this gym. I've been a "light" runner for 20 years, but never truly enjoyed the process...until now. The OTF program and the Wayne coaches are encouraging, fun, genuine and incredibly upbeat. Not only do I enjoy running now, but I've experienced gains in my pace and my endurance that I have not experienced (as a runner) since I was much younger. This place is excellent, and I'm grateful that I tried something new. 10/10 recommend.”

They have a variety of classes and trainers that are with you every step of the way. The trainers help you achieve your goal all the while providing a friendly and supportive environment. They motivate and celebrate all of the members and it doesn’t matter what level of physical ability, everyone is a winner! It’s fun, it’s tough but most of all you see results. She adjusts schedule to accommodate she has built a great team of coaches and reception staff (Shane and Alexis).She sets up local get togethers. She takes the time to listen to individual needs. We have people that have never exercised to experienced athletes. Coaches Peter, Al, and Michael all have great knowledge and love to help and make it fun. We don't have to be here . Great size turf floor, tons of machines to choose from & power racks for strength training. It’s very convenient for me to walk here from my apartment. I always have a really great workout here.”

“This will be my daughter first season,and I must say the professionalism and hospitality I received from Star and the staff has been a great experience for us. Our first day there, Lee greeted us, and welcomed my daughter to the gym. Marge been great as well, with answering my concerns. Even when we were exploring our options, the athletes made my daughter feel welcomed. I dont know the coaches yet, but my daughter looks forward to going to practice everyday. Making new friends in a new environment, is what I love the most.Cant wait to see what this season brings, but I know it will be organized and fully structured accordingly. The fact Im 30 minutes away, it is definately worth the wait to sit..Keep up the good work,and keep excelling to the top.”

“This place is a 5 simply because it’s the only gym in the area with a belt squat (I’ve looked) - if you’ve used one, you get it. It’s very clean, plenty of equipment curated by someone who gets it. (Compared to a big chain (PF style) - parking is easy, location is great right on BF. Never gets too busy. Make sure you check out their opening hours , only issue is early weekend close”

“It’s so clean in here. The prices are unbeatable. I’m still upset after being a member for years the tanning beds aren’t 15 mins like other pf locations/tanning salons. They have No aroma. They have No mist. Them not allowing the full 15 mins is the most frustrating part they only give 12 minutes I wish the owner would see this and change it…. Top of the line beds tho ! Love my ergolines”

“Hands down, The Bar Method is my favorite place In Montclair! They ran a 2 week unlimited class special over the holidays. Even though I was only there for 5 days, it was the best bang for my buck. I gifted the special to one of my friends & now she's addicted. The space is large and impeccably clean, and the classes are all challenging and invigorating. The instructors here are AMAZING & INSPIRING. All Bar Method Instructors go through thorough training, but the instructors here in Montclair are the best you will ever get. The Owner and the Manager, Jenna & Jen, run this place so well and make everyone feel welcome. I have friends who have belonged here for years and they just keep coming back because it keeps them in such great shape. I wish they would replicate this in Boca as we don't have a Bar Method here. Mad Respect for the entire staff & thank you to Karen and Samantha for such outstanding classes this holiday season !”

“Okay, so where do I begin! This review is long overdue, but it feels like I just started yesterday. Orange theory fitness in Totowa is like my third home besides work and my actual home. Staff are welcoming, friendly, and very professional. You show up about 15 minutes before your first class to fill out paperwork, nothing drastic, and meet the coach. Staff explain everything in detail and treat you like a human, not a number. If they don't know the answer, they will get back to you. I was asking a lot of questions, but they didn't rush me, nor made me feel obligated to commit. After my first class, I got addicted, from the warm up to the ambiance to the availability!
Now, the coaches they are simply extraordinary. All of them are great, super attentive, knowledgeable, funny, patient, and active listeners, and you can tell they love what they do!
OTF isn't a miracle fitness center you have to put in the work! As for someone with underlined health issues, the coaches always find a way to accommodate. They don’t over or under estimate my ability. You must make the coaches aware of any restrictions and challenges so you can work on them together. It's been over a year, and I am grateful to have an Orange Theory family.”
